This beautiful complex offers a luxurious, relaxing getaway just steps from the beach. With newly renovated rooms and gorgeous views of the ocean, there is something for every guest here. The distinctive beauty and charm of this property set it apart from the rest.

Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances are on display in the upgraded kitchen. All furniture is brand new and modern inspired. There is beautiful laminate flooring throughout the house for a nice sleek, clean feel. Each room has high-end ceiling fans which will provide comfort during the summer months. There is a cable TV in the bedroom and the living room. A shared courtyard features a shaded space to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There is a shared laundry center with front-loaded washers/dryers as well as a grill and picnic area with ocean views.

Located within walking distance of the train station for easy access to a commute to San Diego.

Oceanside weekend

This rental was perfect for our weekend trip to Oceanside. It’s far away enough from down town to be quiet but we also enjoyed the long walk to the pier. Room was a little hot when we returned for The evening but we were able to cool it down nicely with the portable air conditioners or by leaving the windows open. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean! Property was clean and looked recently updated.

Not good for beach access

The house is facing a surfing area with rocks and high tides. We had to go into Oceanside to get the beach we wanted. It was disappointing because that is why I booked it. It was hot in the house, even with the air conditioners on and cranked up. It was also missing a few kitchen essentials (can opener and smaller items). The cable was not working and thanks to my tech savvy husband, we were able to get it working. But that shouldn’t have been necessary. I was mostly annoyed with the countless text messages about checking out. I was more than aware or my check out time and I was reminded about every four hours in the last 24 hours of my stay. That was not necessary. It was a clean house, which is we great, but it is not worth the money.

Just Okay

The property is adversitized as steps from the ocean which it is but it is not a beach. You still have to travel down the road to get to the beach. The AC unit in the bedroom worked well but the one in the living room did not. The bathroom had a funky smell that we could not figure out where it was coming from. It was just okay but for the price I would have just stayed at a hotel since there is no AC and you still have to travel to get to a beach.

Easy process and clean

The setup was very easy. Access to the property was easy. Communication was great. The place was clean. The place came with everything needed for cooking. Super close to the beach. The property was very quiet and safe. There are spot lights over the parking area.

Seamless & Amazing weekend getaway

The check-in process was easy and well-explained. Parking on-site was huge plus. The place had new amenities and was clean & well-stocked w/ towels, silverware, etc... - - also literally steps to the shore. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get away.
