Situated on the 4th floor with stairs access, our studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a French window, offering captivating rooftop views of the neighbourhood.
The adjacent kitchenette has essential cookware and cutleries to cook simple, homemade meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and RĂ©publique, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. If you like urban culture, don't miss the Edith Piaf Museum and the MUR. You can also take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.
The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.
You can find beautiful restaurants, bars and cafés in this district.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Bréguet - Sabin, is just a 2-minute walk.
Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.
