Just listed for the 2024 season! 2nd floor getaway (of 3 floor and unit building)- 2 Bedroom, 1 bath unit. Prime location on Delancey Street (one way street) in the North End of Ocean City, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk on Delancey place street (1.5 Blocks). We include 4 beach tags and beach chairs. One bedroom has 3 total beds(bunk bed and a single) The second bedroom has a queen bed. Please note as per the listing this unit is for 4 people staying total.

Brand new kitchen installed this year! Recently updated furniture has been added including couches, tables, beds, and tvs. The unit has central air. Washer and dryer is located in the unit. The pictured 2nd floor deck is exclusive to your unit. (Multi week bookings include a 5% discount so please email for an update to the price). Parking is free on Delancey place street and all the surrounding blocks (there is not a reserved parking spot for this unit). To enter the unit it is keypad entry and we send you the code to enter a couple days prior. The cleaning fee charged is the same rate they charge us for the cleaning (they come prior to your arrival and right after your check out). Please email with any questions and we look forward to hosting you!

As is standard in Ocean City rentals due to the short window of turnovers for cleaning companies please bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, and soaps (we provide some to get your started)

No pets, parties, or smoking allowed. This voids your lease. If you are a smoker please do not book as this includes both inside and on the deck of the property and any smoke smell inside the property after will result in a $250 for the additional cleaning. If you are booking you must be staying there. You cannot book on behalf of someone else for example booking for your children that do not meet the requirements. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID at the time of booking. Must be 27 to book and cannot book on behalf of someone else. Only 4 people are allowed to stay in the unit and any more than that violates the lease with no refund.

The garage area is shared and is where the beach chairs are located.

**We have an outside camera on property that does not face anywhere in the unit and is visible facing the shared garage for security purposes as that space is shared***

Great Week in OC

The location was great for a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and local ice cream shop. Will was really responsive and did a great job to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the shaded porch and the sleeping arrangement was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. Would recommend this property for a family stay at the beach.

Holiday week

Location and property were great. House had everything we needed and garage storage was a huge plus. Finding parking during the holiday weekend was quite difficult but watching fireworks from the beach made up for it.

Better than the photos online

The photos online makes it seem pretty small, but it’s a lot roomier than expected. The place was cleaned and has all the amenities you need. Plus, the owner stayed in great communication throughout the trip.

We had a great time. The house was as it was shown in the pictures. Location is convenient to the beach and boardwalk. We loved sitting out on the deck at night. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. We had a great vacation!

Nice OC Visit

The apartment is small, but very nice. The location was nice with a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had all the essentials and some nice bonuses like beach chairs and beach tags. Was nice to a have a garage to store our bikes. Will was great to work with and made the entire process very easy. Thanks for the nice stay.

Great location, rent bikes

It’s about a long block and a half to the boardwalk (near the beginning) which runs for 2.5 miles. Parking is limited on the street, especially if it’s a busy weekend. We only moved our car twice during our stay because we rented bikes and took those mostly everywhere (lots of food options (1-3 miles), they’re pretty common on and off the boardwalk. The street was one way and relatively quiet. The unit is as advertised. Nice second floor place with a flight of stairs to enter.

Positives - Clean, nice location, Negatives - No light to illuminate the steps at night No grab bars in shower, little room in tub to move around afraid of falling. Two mattresses and box spring in master bedroom making it difficult to get into,

sorry, but a disappointment

The property manager was very nice and responsive-He gets an A+. The place was advertised as a 2nd floor unit, so we thought we would be on the top level. It failed to mention there is a 3rd floor unit above, which was extremely noisy. We could hear every step they took, loud music, every word they said and we did not sleep well at all the entire week. My husband left a day early, because he could not take it anymore. We could even hear them going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet. The place was dirty. There was hair and dustballs on the floor, the oven was filthy and had burnt cheese dripping from the racks. The smoke alarm went off every time I cooked something in the oven, because there was so much burnt food inside it. The porch had dirt all over the floor, so I had to pick up the rug and sweep the whole thing. the cabinets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, so I scrubbed them. I could have carved my name in the dirt and grime. I complained about the lack of cleanliness and the cleaning company said they would come back, but at that point, we were all unpacked and did not want them there. They should have done it right the first time. The bathroom had been updated and was nice and clean. They decor was cute and an attempt at "beachy". We appreciated the smart tvs in the apt. Parking tricky, so my advice is to get a spot and keep the car there and Ride bikes. Having the garage to store bikes and nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs was a plus.

Great Ocean City Experience

Really comfy house with a great deck perfect for morning coffee! Amazing location close to best coffee shops, donut and ice cream spots, and of course the beach and boardwalk! Would stay again
