Denna vackra, första våningen, väl underhållna & ren strand hem är en nyare upphöjd stil med carport byggdes 1996. Tredje hus söder om 26th St. på Asbury Ave.

Det har ett öppet kök / vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 3 plattskärms-TV, sluten upplyst utomhusdusch, fram och bak täckta verandor med kudde möbler och låst förvaringsutrymme för cyklar och strandutrustning.

9 sovplatser. Sängarna är: 1 split King, 3 tvillingar (inklusive trille), 1 full, 1 queen bäddsoffa.
Kabel-TV-tjänst, Trådlöst internet, 2 DVD-skivor, Blu-Ray, en videobandspelare, carport. Välutrustat kök.

Nyligen uppgraderingar inkluderar: 2018: New split King säng i sovrummet; 2017: 55 "4K TV, matbord, 2016: ny matta, fransk dörrkylskåp i rostfritt stål, vardagsrumsmöbler. 2015: En sluten utomhusbelysning med glasfiber och vinylreling på alla däck / trappor. 2014: nya kakelgolv, granit fåfänga toppar, kranar och lampor i båda badrummen.

Det är en kort 2. 5 kvarter, 3 minuters promenad till bevakade stranden (under säsong). Bra läge för cyklar - bara 1. 5 kvarter till cykelvägen på Haven Ave, eller till strandpromenadens södra entré vid 23rd St.
Detta hus är på 26: e gatan. Den bredaste delen av strandpromenaden med butiker och åkattraktioner är mellan 6: e och 14: e gator.

Sängkläder ingår ej. kom ihåg att ta med egen (eller hyra separat från en tjänst).

Det finns elektroniska dörrlås så det finns ingen anledning att bära en nyckel till stranden! Jag kan fjärr programmera en personlig 4-siffrig kod som du önskar.

Rooms were pretty good. Did notice a couple bugs in the master bedroom and bathroom. Oven was dirty. Idk if cleaning service handles the cleaning of that or not. Also the toaster had so many crumbs in it. Guess others don't know how to shake it out when done using. So we didn't bother using it. Karl is great at communication. Love the location.

Well appointed and lots of room for our early summer week. Furniture a bit dated but comfy. Some cosmetic issues but nothing that was deal breaking. Super communicative and responsive owner. Perfect landing space for a restful week! We would definitely come back!

Fabulous Five!

This was our 5th stay in 3 years at this lovely beach cottage and our love for this place continues to grow! It has truly become a second home for my husband and I. We pull in with our pickup; unload our belongs and bikes; and the truck sits. We literally bike everywhere we need or want to go. Even downtown for shopping and restaurants. The house is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and a great location away from the business of town. It's also well supplied and the secure storage room at the carport is perfect for our bikes and rack and toolbox. This visit we had some questions for the owner and he was immediately available to help! Already looking forward to visit #6!

Nice place to stay

This property was good for our stay. Location was good, layout of the place was good, it was clean, things were clearly marked, etc. My only minor complaint is that the place could use a coat of paint. You can see some of the walls are dirty and a fresh coat of paint would make this place perfect. Again, that is a minor complaint.

Great location

We stayed for 3 weeks and overall, our stay was very good. The size and layout of the home was great. The kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, upon entering the home we were overwhelmed with a musty odor. We did quite a bit of cleaning and used air freshener which helped but we were never able to completely get rid of the odor. Replacing the carpet would probably help a lot.

Great Stay

Karl was Excellent host and was Super helpful with booking considering this was a business trip. The only issue was the shower floors were Extremely Slippery. My husband fell but thankfully was not hurt, but that might be something to get fixed for future bookings especially for children and Elderly folks.

Relaxing in Ocean City

This is a comfortable, nicely decorated property with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. We had what we needed for cooking and plenty of restaurants for earing out. We were in the off season, visiting family and it was perfect for our needs. Karl was easy to communicate with and helped us promptly with a small problem. I would gladly stay here again.

Would Recommend

This is a nice place with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with gear for making meals "at home". The one bathroom has a tub for washing the little kids. Overall, I would recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Neighborhood Feel

Our Happy Place!

Oh what joy! This was our 4th visit to this lovely, comfy beach house situated in a really nice part of town. Easy walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk that we can hop on our bikes and ride! This place is so well stocked with everything you could need. We've become so familiar with this place, we can now be settled in and ready for the boardwalk in just 30 minutes! It's truly been a blessing for us to enjoy these past stays and hope for future stays in this wonderful place that feels like home.

Beautiful beach house

We had a wonderful time! The location was great and I especially enjoyed the front porch with lots of comfortable seating. I also liked having the balcony in the back of the master bedroom for laying out wet bathing suits and towels. The outdoor shower was so convenient and had plenty of hot water. There was also plenty of storage room in the garage.
