Fully renovated Industrial bungalow! Close enough to all of the amenities but in a quiet neighborhood. Coffee bar, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & W/D. Spiral staircase adds a little extra room with the loft. Queen bed up as well as two private bedrooms. Enjoy Coeur D'Alene hikes up Canfield or Tubbs. Stock up at Costco down the street for your full days at the Lakes, the stores, the mountains. 7 minutes to Downtown, less than 30 minutes to Silverwood. Adventure is calling- Come enjoy your stay!

Cute place and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay and the house was adorable! In a perfect location, we were just minutes from pretty much anything we could possibly have needed. Everything was exactly as described. My only complaint (not related to the property) is just that the neighbors were noisy - loud music next door, late at night and early in the morning - but it could have been another short-term rental or otherwise unfortunate one-off. Again, the house and the host were great! We would stay there again.

Cute Cottage

This was the perfect spot for myself and my two teen daughters. Just the right amount of space for all of us. Loved the decor. The washing machine/dryer came in very handy as well. Close enough to all of the restaurants and activities we were looking for.

Spruce Cottage

Home was just as pictured. Very functional and nicely decorated. Location was pretty convenient to the downtown Couer d’Alene area.

Lovely Home

Lovely, renovated house--just as pictured. Communication with owner was fast and responsive. Location is central to everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend this space!

Silverwood getaway

We had a great time staying at this cozy home. I loved the high ceilings and spiral staircase. I was “oohing” and “ahhhing” at so many decorations throughout the house. It felt modern but very cozy and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved having a home to come back to after long days at silverwood.
