Thank you Stacey and Chip for another wonderful stay! The cottages are always so comfortable and the porch is always such a pleasant spot! Fans, AC, stove — every opportunity to find the most comfortable temperature! Perfect location to everything; beach, shops, restaurants, and of course donuts :)We had another wonderful stay, thank you!

Clean and comfortable cottage that is centrally located and quiet. The cottage was bigger than expected and even better - it was pet friendly. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Easy check in and check out with responsive and nice hosts. Would certainly stay again.

Great location 20 minute walk to beach, small shops and ice cream close to grocery store, Walgreens, gas station, restaurants Cottage came with Good WiFi, cable, Grill, towels, fans, vacuum, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels dish soap etc Owners were very friendly and helpful especially loved there sweet dog Lily. Pool was heated and clean enjoyed a few times. Down the road was great reasonable breakfast spot Egg and I . Cottage was perfect as was our stay Thanks Chip and Stacy for a great week

Great place in Wells.

Needed a place that accepted pets. This fit the bill. Under new ownership and they are slowly upgrading the cabins. Beds comfortable. Owner, Chip, very friendly and kept us abreast with a fix that was happening to our cabin. Would stay again if traveling with a pet.

Great place to stay

We could not have been happier with our stay. The set up and amenities were exactly what we needed. The property was bigger than we anticipated. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. This was a perfect location with everywhere we wanted to go all very close. We cannot recommend it any better to anyone looking for a very affordable very nice place to stay right in the middle of everything you need to see in Wells. We absolutely will be back!

Best Hosts Ever!!!

We had such a great trip and most of it has to do with the Property Managers!! They gave great recommendations where to eat and where to find the best beaches! We couldn’t have asked for a better host! The only issue was the grass needed to be cut but it was something they couldn’t control and took care of it asap.

A lovely stay in a cute cabin

He had a really nice weekend stay in this very cute cabin. Conveniently close to the beach, the cabin had a wood stove and it was cozy and fun and easy with the full kitchen. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful spot for an off season rental

Property was clean and tidy. Loved the gas stove - took the morning chill off! Cabin was quiet and well situated on the property. We will definitely be renting here again!

Short and Sweet

Cottage 11 was perfect!! The cottage was clean and the reception was friendly. WiFi passwords and text messages during our stay were appreciated. Plenty of parking, grill items available, great, and loved our morning coffee on the screened in porch ehile looking at the beautiful Wells Beach in the short distance.

Everything you need for a beachcapade !

The experience was just as expected, perfect for our family and friends because we could hangout by the pool during our son’s afternoon naps. The cottage was tidy, well ventilated and the beds were comfortable. We played cards in the veranda porch at the back in the evening. I would recommend these cottages anytime!

Relaxing stay in a coastal cottage

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our two large dogs. Cabin had everything we needed and the location made it easy to take several short trips to beaches, preserves, and hiking trails. This was our second trip and we look forward to coming back!

Cute Cottage Getaway

This property was exactly as listed. While it was on the smaller size it was exactly what we needed for 3 adults. There was even room for a couple more people. We booked this last minute as our hotel canceled on us and Stacey was very quick to respond and let us book. She even let us arrive early to the house. Came with everything you would need for your stay. Bonus was the screened in back porch! Perfect for early morning coffee or late night relaxing without being eaten by the bugs. Do not skip over this place you will enjoy your stay!

Summer get away!

We really enjoyed this property! Best thing it was dog friendly! Very quiet and the other guests were very courteous. We hope to stay here again soon! Stacey was very quick to answer my questions. I forgot bring a sheet to cover the couch and she was quick to lend us one!

quick get away

Stacy was reassuring when the VRBO site was not co-operating for our booking. It was conveniently located, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for relaxing in the nice breezes, (bathroom a bit tight- I hit my head on the sink while sitting on the toilet-whoops don't do that again!). We didn't have time to get in the pool, don't know if it was heated or not but it looked nice enough. Landscaping was going on around the property, good to see. Questions answered and we did not have any unmet needs.
