Beautifully remodeled condo ON THE BEACH ( like it’s on the sand so authentically beachfront ) 🌈☀️🏖! This is one of the least obstructed views EVER 👀 and for sure one of the largest balconies in all of Destin. The building is one of the closest to the water and the balcony is nearly 3 times larger than the typical Destin high rise size, so you really just can’t get a better view than this one!

The condo is 1147 feet and is located in the Aegean complex on Holiday Isle. It is completely updated and has a HUGE balcony overlooking a beautiful private beach. The unit is on floor 2, so you get an ocean view without being so high up ( especially if you have crazy kiddos who may take sibling fighting to the next level 😜).

It has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master has a King bed ( effective 2/15/22) before this date it is a queen, bedroom two has two full-size beds, and the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. It sleeps 8 very comfortably.

The open concept design is amazing for entertaining and both the living room and Master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with an unobstructed ocean view! Yep, the master and the living room both have super large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and open to the bomb balcony 🙌! I mean you need to get your vibe right when you start the day on Vacay!

Both bathrooms are renovated with custom tile walk-in showers and the bedrooms are very large. There is new flooring throughout, so it’s crisp and clean and allergies are not as big of a problemo. 🤧😵‍💫🤧

The kitchen is completely renovated with granite, new stainless appliances, and an island and bar area. It is set and ready to grill your daily catch🎣🎣🎣, or you can cook outside 🧺at the poolside bar area! Either way, you overlook the white sands and crystal clear waters of the Gulf! 🧜🏻‍♀️

The Aegean is one of the few complexes in a very restricted residential area (Holiday Isle). Like 30-A, it’s less crowded, but it is much closer to all the activities in Destin since the summer traffic is significant🚘. It’s like a skip from everything Destin, including Big Kahuna, crab island, and the tracks. It is less than a mile to Louisiana Lagniappe and since it is in a mostly residential area a great place to stroll or ride bikes to grab a bite.

One of our favorite things really is that the balcony overlooks the ocean only, so it feels super Zen and relaxing. It has a great pool, tennis courts, and other outdoor amenities ( all located behind the amazing ocean view because we can look at a pool anywhere 🏖🙌🏖).

Ok, I know I’m rambling the balcony is legit and like 3 times larger than any we have seen in Destin, and before purchasing this one we went for about 20 years. We bought it for the balcony. 🙌🙌🙌 It’s huge and way closer to the beach than most.

If relaxing on the … “balcony 🤣” while enjoying the view is your jam, you will not find it better than this. I think they designed this prior to realizing it’s more profitable to have small narrow balconies and sell more. 😜

The living room is huge. We have lots of game’s stocked from texas hold’em to monopoly. Tennis rackets are in the room to share and a few yoga mats are in the closet to zen up. 🧘‍♀️

The washer and dryer are located in the unit, and since it’s such a small complex, you can park at the door and don’t have to deal with long elevator waits. We have two spots available. ( ugh large complex elevator waits and parking are the worst 😩)

It’s amazing! You will feel like you wandered into a quiet island while in the middle of one of the most happening locations on the coast. This zen little retreat is still close enough to jump right into the action 💃 of all Destin has to offer! It really is the best of both worlds.

If you fish, it’s 3.2 Miles from the Destin Marina. It’s quirky and quiet and close to fishing and fun. FREE snorkeling is a quick beach walk to the jetties less than a mile away!

Bring bikes, scooters, and rollerblades because the quiet and restricted area has sidewalks throughout and is such a great place to get out and be active. ( there is a bike storage place in parking lot )

The building HOA provides private security daily until midnight and access to the beach is gated and private. ✔️🏖✔️

About Holiday Isle

The peninsula of Holiday Isle is a prized property in the Destin area. It is only a few miles in length, bordered by the Destin harbor on the north and the Gulf of Mexico on the south side.
