This newly redecorated two-bedroom condo that sleeps six, has all the amenities for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. It's the perfect place for you to unwind and decompress from life's daily grind while you relax and recharge. And nothing says it better than mountain views of Estes Park's northern mountain range. You can also enjoy the oversized private patio/deck area with room for outdoor dining for six and private space with more seating. The communal pool is open during summer months *subject to change per HOA*. This will feel like your new home away from home, but better!
When it's time for a change or when that midafternoon rain shower slips in to provide a little downtime, you can relax inside this beautifully furnished condo that offers two master suite bedrooms and a pullout sleeper sofa. It hits the spot after a long day of exploring, adventure, and shopping. A fully appointed kitchen allows you to prepare any kind of meal while enjoying your favorite movie or sporting event on a big screen TV from the living room. This home also comes with a gas fireplace for those quiet romantic evenings or for that perfect mountain ambiance on a cool winter night.
This unit comes with a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, dining area seating for six, two full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. This two-story condo allows for privacy with the sleeping areas located on the second floor. Each master suite comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a television. The full-size sleeper sofa is located in the living area providing additional sleeping options. The unit comes with window mount a/c which is installed seasonally starting Memorial Day through the end of September each year. These amenities are all included so that your stay at Overlook Nook is easy and convenient.

Great place to stay close to RMNP

The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. Having two floors was extremely nice to be able to put the kiddos to bed and still be up and not worry about waking them up.

Good location, access to downtown area was fairly easy. View was good but we didn’t have a sunrise or sunset view.

Great place to stay for a mountain get away!

Wonderful place, loved it! Had everything we needed with extra bedding and very cozy beds. Location was great - easy access to everywhere we wanted to go while also staying away from the busy roads. Parking was always accessible, although there are lots of steps into the place for those with accessibility issues. Pool and hot tub were pretty run down, which is my only complaint.

Family Get Away

My parents, husband and 8 month old went to Estes Park for a long weekend and this condo was perfect for us! Each bedroom having a full bathroom attached was fantastic. Easy drive to downtown and far enough away where you truly feel in the mountains. We had to call to get the code as that was not provided but once we had that all was well. We would highly recommend staying at any of their condos!

Charming Condo

Me and my fiancé stayed here for a pre wedding honeymoon and loved it. Great place for two people to stay at and not only where the views amazing we also saw a few elk and mule deer a few feet from the condo. I’d recommend this place to any couple or small family looking for a place to stay close to town but far away enough to enjoy the outdoors.

Great location, could use some deep cleaning

The inside of the property was well cleaned. We were very much looking forward to utilizing the hot tub which played into the selection of this property. However, after attempting to use on the first day we opened it and there was black mold on the head rests of each sit. The floating chlorine dispenser also had a lot of mold. It appeared to not have been cleaned properly for a long time.

Estes Getaway

The area by Mary’s Lake is very pretty, especially with snow in the meadow and on the mountain tops. The facility itself looked a little run down, and the decking needs paint. The unit we rented - Overlook Nook was very cozy, with nice interior design and amenities. Great LG kitchen appliances.

Nice, ideal for 4

Location was good, views were beautiful. Everything worked perfectly, appliances are all new, hot tub was great. It's truly a great size for 4 people, past that you're pushing it a bit. It's not an ideal location if you want to walk out the door and go for a walk on a trail, you do need to drive to get to any walking paths or hiking.

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations

Although this condo is fairly old, it has been kept very updated with excellent appliances in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, a hot tub that is warm and clean with gorgeous mountains views, and was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that instructions for the door entrance and locking need to be updated to be more accurate. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Perfect property for 2 couples. Easy drive to RMNP. Was advertised as a private hot tub however several was used by parties not in our group. Perhaps better signage.

Our base camp for RMNP visit.

The location was perfect and so close to the Fall River entrance to the park. We had to change our original reservation at the last minute so we did not stay on our original choice. However PMI was very helpful in booking us in this location. Saw Elk every evening from our back porch. Also saw deer and some beautiful birds. The sound of the river was a perfect way to fall asleep.

Overlook Nook

The property was clean and in a nice area near Mary's Lake. The actually unit was hard to find as the entire "street" seemed to have the same address and the unit was on the back side of the building. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were ok, thankful they offered two sets of pillows as the ones on the bed were very hard, but a softer set was located in the closet. All in all, a good place to stay about a 10 -15 minute drive to most things we wanted to see/do.

The picture is not of where we stayed

I was upset with myself as I did not ask questions about stairs and relied on the pictures provided. I have knee problems and our friend had difficulty with all the stairs also (my fault, I neglected to check it out thoroughly) a better view would also have been nice. Not recommended for people with even minimal disabilities.

Condo did not have air conditioning upon arrival

The condo was as advertised with exception of air conditioning. There was no air conditioning in the unit and was 80 degrees in the unit upon our arrival. I called the property management company listed and left 3 messages. Lowell returned my call and a rather unpleasant all ensued. Lowell told me there was nothing he could do until the following day. It was a very unpleasant phone call to say the least. An hour and a half later we were contacted by the maintenance manager and Manny the technician. My husband helped them install air conditioners. The maintenance manager(I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) and Manny went over and beyond to help us. Their help was most appreciated.
