Evergreen är en studio layout med king size-säng och full storlek bäddsoffa (liknar ett hotellrum men en fristående enhet). Denna stuga innehåller ett badkar / dusch på badrummet och en liten mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, 48 "plattskärms-HDTV med parabol-kanaler och Wi-Fi är alltid gratis.

Njut av den privata, vackra 10'x16 "däck med uteservering, utsikt över Longs Peak och täta kolibri besök!

Vi ligger 2 kvarter från centrum Estes Park inom promenad av shopping, restauranger och floden promenad (floden löper parallellt med huvudgatan downtown). Vi är en kort 3. 5 mil bilresa till Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great for 2, short trip.

Was cozy, easy to check-in/out. Parking was simple (we had a truck too). Walking distance to downtown too! But not for more than 2 people unless you dont mind being extra cozy!

Great Stay for Rocky Mountain Trip

We came for a weekend trip to do some hiking in the Rocky Mountains, was a perfect spot to lay our heads at night. Close and convenient to downtown Estes Area - would highly suggest.

Rocky Mountain vacation

Great location—a short easy walk to downtown Estes Park— but far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed chatting with Terry, relaxing in the hammock, comfortable bed, clean and updated cabin.

Great Little Place in Estes Park

Great location to Estes Park and RMNP. It was quaint and easy to get to. Loved the mountain view from the patio. Highly recommend.

Great cottage

Perfect!

Everything was clean and just as it said it would be on the page. Bed was super comfortable and we loved the deck. Very close to downtown. Definitely recommend!! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Humble Home

What a perfect little home with a 5min walk right to town. I’ve stayed in lots of places in Estes and this home is one of my favorites. Highly recommend for couple’s getaway!

A very nice small cabin that was perfect for my wife and I, VERY close (walking distance) to the shopping and food. Also just down the street from the grocery store and the Stanley Hotel. It was a very clean and good amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks about a stay in Estes Park.

Lovely little cabin! Very convenient to downtown, Super clean, Perfect for two!

My husband and I visited Estes Park for a long weekend and stayed in this cute cabin. It was very clean and just perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The microwave and small refrigerator were perfect for us as we ate our meals out. (with leftovers!). I'd recommend this cabin to others and would certainly consider staying here again.

Clean, bright, & airy, plus a fabulous location!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Cottage. We were close enough to the main strip to be able to walk, but far enough away it felt like a mountain getaway. The accommodations of the cottage itself were just perfect. The cottage was well maintained, had everything we needed, and felt way more like getaway- home than a hotel! It was clean, bright and airy (and beautiful with all the upgrades)!

Perfect spot for Estes Park getaway!

We loved our stay at the Evergreen cottage. Like others have said it is in a perfect location to get to the main part of town easily. A five minute walk will get you to the Main Street with many shops and restaurants. The cottage was clean and welcoming and just the right size for 2. A comfy bed and couch made our downtime spent at the cottage enjoyable. Would definitely come back to Evergreen or any of the other cottages on the property!

Little vacation to RMNP

I will definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood and super close to downtown Estes Park and the Stanley. This cabin is neat as a pin. Super comfy bed and fold out sofa bed. The elk and mule deer just walk right up on the property as you’re out on the deck having coffee in the morning. The owners of the property are just terrific and respond quickly with any questions. Perfect location

We stayed in the Evergreen cottage. It was small and workable for my teenage nephew and me. Having the front deck was helpful to spread out a bit…AND to see the 13 elk hanging out on the driveway in the morning!! The pull out couch was not the most comfortable bed ever, but after a full day in RMNP it didn’t matter.

Perfect for pir 4 day trip!

This place was great for our trip to Estes and RMNP. Its within easy walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to the park. The bed, pillows and couch were all super comfortable. The storage under the bed really helped with keeping our stuff out of the way. There is a community area in the middle of the cottages with cornhole, fire pit and seating. Terry and Carolyn were amazing hosts and had everything we needed during our stay. All questions and requests were answered cordially and promptly.

Exactly what we wanted

We were getting away for a quick stay in Estes and wanted something affordable within walking distance to downtown. My only comment for the host is the sink outside of the bathroom would be more usable with a kitchen type (tall) faucet. Oh and your registry is full. It was plenty big to hang out in when we were not out and about.

My husband, Terry, and I relocated to Estes Park CO from Kansas City MO in 2008 and we love it here! (and we do still miss KC BBQ and the awesome live blues bands...) We have three adult sons and two grandsons. It's been great living in a smaller town and we love walking anywhere and everywhere from our property.

Terry played baseball four years at the University of Oklahoma and continued playing for nine years professionally. He retired as a Parks Director when we moved to Estes Park and has managed our cottages (The River Rock Cottages) full time. I'm a former tech executive and retired in Feb 2015 to focus exclusively on the cottages (wahoo!)

Estes Park is a wonderful vacation area! There are so many fun activities and the mountain views are amazing. We've been here five years and I am still in awe of the beautiful mountains and the fresh, crisp mountain air.

We live on-site at the back of the property which is a nice benefit for our traveler's security and immediate support when needed.
