Heavenly View is a great view , but not experience .

Broken fridge , dirty unusable hot tub , broken spindle on lower deck which is dangerous for children . No baking pans , pitchers or serving bowls in kitchen that's advertised to be completely stocked . The view is great but everything else was disappointing .

Needs improvement Heavenly View

Our cabin was in a great location easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and stores. It definitely needs some detailed cleaning, the air filter was terrible, the hot tub needs some major descaling, lacked cooking utensils(pans and bowls) for preparing meals, showers need slip proof liner(one of our guest slipped and fell luckily didn't get hurt, pool sticks was broke and not good. The cabin was spacious and again good location but cleaniness and maintenance needs some attention. This was the Heavenly View, not sure if the rest of the cabins need this much attention. But I hope not, i wouldn't leave this but when you pay hard earned money for something you expect it to be satisfying.

Anniversary Disappointment

Not as depicted. Old cabin. Floors not cleaned . Hot tub not work. No jacuzzi . Refrigerator leaked on floor. Called twice for more linen. A stair on upper flight had a crack that gives and one of our grandkids fell on it. Furniture not as depicted- may have been from years ago. Took our elderly mother in law with us . Rocking chairs unsafe on main level porch for elderly. No safety bars in showers . I know not a handicapped place but safety in general-. Mouse droppings in upstairs bathroom. Glass windows looking at a beautiful view were unclean. The only thing going for this place is the view and it was heavenly. We have stayed several times in the mountains in cabins and this was the worst . I have never written a bad review for any vacation cabin till now. It was our 45 anniversary and we wanted to have a nice place to stay for our parents , kids, and grands to all stay together and enjoy it with us. Don’t refund your money so you could try to find something else , wouldn’t share name of owner to call them so if you leave you have lost your money plus have to spend more to find a place which is impossible peak season in July. So you are stuck. There were no reviews on this cabin . It said it had just now become available and there were no reviews yet. I assumed it was a newer cabin just now being made available to rent. Imagine our surprise and disappointment. Would never have rented had I known it’s true status. I know when things are rented out there is a certain degree of wear and tear but this cabin needs maintenance repairs and a facelift . Review your pictures . We did not even have comforters for the beds. Some not have pillowcases. Some beds had blankets. Our bed downstairs only had 2 sheets that we slept under the whole time. Had to let the kids sleeping on the sleeper sofa have our blanket as spread cause not enough. Reported but said they were out and would bring in a few hours. We waited till 11 and did not come . Did bring sheet some pillow cases and towels next day. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED FROM MISSISSIPPI.
