We’re glad you enjoyed the home itself and its location, but we do want to clarify several points regarding your concerns. We did not receive any report of mice, droppings, dirty cookware, or other cleanliness concerns from your party during the stay. Had we been contacted, we would have immediately sent a team member and pest control to investigate and address the issue. Following your departure and before receiving this review, our team discovered signs of mouse activity, and pest control was dispatched right away. Regarding the cookware, our housekeeping teams do not put dirty dishes or cookware away. Unfortunately, there are occasions when a previous guest may wash an item inadequately and return it to a cabinet. While our team inspects the kitchen during each turnover, completely removing and rechecking every dish, pot, pan, and utensil from every cabinet between every reservation is not feasible. We are sorry you encountered items that needed to be rewashed. We would also like to clarify that our Free Attraction Ticket program is an active and fully functioning guest benefit, and the availability displayed through the program is based on the ticket provider’s live booking system. When we learned you were having difficulty, we attempted to determine what was occurring but were unable to duplicate the issue or identify an error with the program. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention while you were at the property so we could have had the opportunity to address them during your stay. The pest concern was acted upon immediately once it was discovered, and we remain committed to maintaining the home and responding promptly whenever an issue is reported.
