Snöskoter eller vandra direkt från stugan på över 200 mil med preparerade spår! Sommartid på Roslyn Ridge Pool! Evergreen Lodge har en privat idrottsplan, gratis WiFi och är husdjursvänligt.

Denna välutrustade stuga har 2800 kvm bostadsyta inklusive studiolägenheten ovanför garaget. Perfekt för en stor familj eller flera familjer. De två sovrummen på övervåningen har vardera sin egen fåfänga! The Main Home har en king size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng i ett sovrum på övervåningen, en queen size-säng och en tvilling över full våningssäng i det tredje sovrummet, och en tvilling över en full våningssäng på loftet. Köket är vackert inrett med bänkskivor i granit och golvplattor. Loftet är perfekt för att titta på TV eller ha kul på det nya Shuffleboard-bordet !!

Studiolägenheten har en dubbelsäng, ett litet matbord, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och ett privat 3/4-bad! Med lägenheten sover hemmet upp till 12 gäster bekvämt med totalt 3. 5 bad.

Denna stuga är full av aktiviteter på plats. Det finns ett bordtennisbord i garaget och en sportplan / picklebollplan i trädgården. På sidodäcket hittar du din egen privata badkar med 6 personer och en eldstad !! Det stora rummet har en 42 "platt-TV. Det finns också ytterligare TV-apparater i sovrummet och loftet. Du kan titta på livliga picklebollsspel medan du också tar dig in i landskapet från den omhöljda verandan. Under sommaren är huvudhuset utrustat med luftkonditionering! Studiolägenheten har inte AC, men en fläkt tillhandahålls och det finns fönster som öppnas i varje ände.

Denna stuga har tillgång till Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, en privat anläggning! Denna nya anläggning har en stor utomhuspool, bubbelpool, tennisbana, basketplan, beachvolleyboll, flera BBQ-stationer med picknickbord, dusch- / skåpfaciliteter, konferensrum med gratis WiFi-åtkomst, motionscyklar och mer !! Detta är en fantastisk anläggning för underhållning på sommaren. Bara en kort promenad från stugan.

Ingången till Roslyn Ridge Activity Center är 7 $. 50 personer per dag. Entréavgiften debiteras vid dörren (endast kontant / check). Aktivitetscentret Roslyn Ridge är öppet mellan Memorial Day Weekend till mitten av juni på helgerna och sedan varje dag till mitten av september.

Större grupper kan också hyra hytten nästa dörr, trävirke.

Nice stay with a few setbacks.

The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed. We had to do our own ice removal on the sidewalk. The shower head on the second level was in disrepair with very poor water pressure. Though there is carpet in the photos, the living room is completely floored in LVP. Something we would have liked to have known in advance when traveling with a toddler. Generally a good value.

Holiday Reunion 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all came from 3 different directions to meet up for our family Holiday. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us and 2 dogs!! We had plenty of cookware, refrigerator space, table settings and tabletop room to prepare our Turkey meal. Everyone had room to relax or play pickleball or go for a walk. We really enjoyed our time in Roslyn Ridge. Hopefully we will be back!

Great Location

The home is in a very nice area/neighborhood, it had all of the beds we needed and the main living area was nice and large for everyone to be in and visit etc., My family enjoyed our time and were happy that there was a Christmas tree and some decorations, that was super nice and made it feel cozy. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of this home. While the bathrooms were clean and beds were made, it definitely could use a major deep clean, the hall closet which we could use to hang jackets and had some supplies and a vacuum smelled so bad, we believe it was because the vacuum hadn't been cleaned. We needed to use some sheets from one of the twin bunks for a floor bed for our granddaughter and the sheets looked dirty, I washed them and they looked better, but there was a bad pee stain on them. The kitchen, although it looked nice, there was food splatter on the cabinets, I cleaned a lot of them while doing dishes etc., The apartment over the garage was a perfect space for one of our daughters and her husband, however again not clean, she took pictures of the ceiling full of cobwebs, which were in the area that the bed and table were located. She also did not use the duvet on the bed because it was dirty. The issue we have is paying extensive cleaning fee's and then feeling like we cleaned and left the home cleaner when we left. Maybe this isn't normal for this property, but for us it very frustrating.

Staff Retreat

The house was large and spacious with plenty of spaces to sleep and spread out. We watched educational videos in the living room on a comfortable couch. During breaks, we enjoyed the hot tub, pickleball and ping pong. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen pots, pans and utensils to cook.

Awesome house and location

Looking forward to coming back soon. Slightly disappointed with the kitchen cooking supplies. Found a ton of wine openers but maybe only one plastic bowl and very few spoons. Minor details of course. The games, toys, bikes etc. were awesome and the sport court was perfect for our kids. Really nice set up overall!

Want to keep this place a secret!!

We had the best time at this house! SO. MUCH. TO. DO.!!! The pickle ball court was a HUGE success... along with the ping pong table. We brought corn hole and didn't even use it! We rode our bikes but mostly what we did was Play Pickleball (and golf)!! The added unit above the garage is a real plus... especially for multi-generationals. We are hoping to do a repeat for next year!!

Everything we wanted

Our small group of friends had a lovely time at the home. The rooms were spacious and clean, plenty of amenities like towels and cookware to use. Having an on site pickleball court, hot tub, and fire pit was exactly what we were looking for! It was a bit windy and the playing surface was a bit small for competitive games but for casual play it was fine. The location was very good and close to town when we wanted coffee or groceries. Would highly recommend!
