The Blackridge Home at Escondido is the ultimate Southern Utah getaway! This gorgeous property sits nestled behind a hill with close freeway access, while still maintaining privacy and beautiful desert views! Explore the local beauty by visiting Sand Hollow State Park or Zion National Park, each within an easy drive from your vacation home! After a day of climbing, hiking, boating, biking, or swimming, come home to a relaxing paradise and cook up some burgers on the provided BBQ grill and patio set! As most of the amenities in Escondido are under construction, the pickleball courts are open. There are 4 paddles and balls that are provided.

This 5-Bedroom 5-Bathroom home can sleep up to 17 people comfortably, and with the use of a baby play & pack fit as many as 18 people for the perfect desert vacation! The open concept design includes a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with a large island (seats 4), a dining table that seats 10, a patio table that seats 6, and an open-flow living area. Blackridge Home at Escondido is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Perfect place!

We loved staying here! The layout was perfect for our needs, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was great. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool (even in 50 degree weather)! We would definitly come stay again and hope to in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We visited St George for the marathon and this place was so perfect for our large family. The house is very clean and inviting. There were plenty of beds, space, and privacy for everyone. We hope to stay here again someday. The owner was great at communicating with us as well.

Perfect family gathering place!

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The condo was quiet, perfectly clean, and beautifully decorated. We were in town for a funeral and had adults and children stay in this home. They had some games the kids loved. We figured the tv out very easily. The showers were very nice. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the oversized bunk beds! The couches were comfortable and stylish. We used dishes and pans and had everything we needed. We loved walking around the neighborhood. There were pickle ball courts. The owner was wonderful to work with (we didn’t have any issues during the stay but she answered questions during the booking process). We would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Bigger than it looks!

We had a great time here! All the rooms had tv's and the foosball table was a hit! There was enough room for all of us. I especially loved how there was shampoo/conditioner, body wash, detergent, soap, etc. all provided!! Thank You!

Excellent! Wonderful accommodations & Owner!

Everything about this property was perfect! The owner was so easy to work with and accommodating. The house was beautiful, immaculate and had everything we needed. We were in town for the Ironman World Championships and had friends and family staying and there was room for everyone. We were able to cook and grill with the large kitchen and the bedrooms and baths were spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Get Together

The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our families. We enjoyed setting so many at the table...counter and baby highchair. The extra fridge in garage was definitely a plus. Beautiful place.

Exceeded Expectations!

Spacious, plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and we love to cook so we were excited about the high-end appliances. Definitely would stay here again!

GREAT FAMILY WEEKEND!

We had a GREAT time. The home is beautiful and perfectly accommodating to our large family. The kitchen was very well equipped with just about everything you could think of. We loved playing pickleball on the courts right down the street and it will even be better when the lights get put in. Thank you for being an attentive and responsive host. Looking forward to coming back!!!
