For those arriving by air, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Please note: Any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear available are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
