The loft is a kids dream, consisting of 7 twin beds and 2 queen beds that can be reconfigured to meet your needs. It includes a half bath and an entertainment area that includes a foosball table and a TV/gaming area. The main floor kitchen was built for chefs with new modern appliances and fully stocked with any and every item needed to cook gourmet meals.

The "farmhouse" within feet of the main structure has a large bedroom with a queen bed, a half bath and a laundry area with washer/dryer. As if anything else was needed to make your stay incredible, It includes a spacious Ping Pong room. This is the perfect place to let the kids wind down after a long day floating the river. (Note: June 2025 The stairway to the farmhouse bedroom is steep and is currently in the planning stages for reconfiguration. We do not recommend this area for use as sleeping quarters for young children or older adults)

As if the home needed anything further to entertain you and your guests, the back side of the farmhouse has an extremely large sitting area with couches, a basketball court and a grill. There's even an outdoor shower with beautiful views of the sprawling property!
