Great location!

Three of us shared the two bedroom two bath connecting suites. Everything was perfect, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Super walkable to downtown, close to all the main shops and bars. Check-in process was a little confusing with the codes and where to locate the right doors but the host did their best with detailed instructions. Free parking on site would have been nice but host gave many options of different areas to park with their specifications. Building is interesting, we enjoyed the common spaces. Rooms were very clean, which is always important!

This was a great place to stay to be close to the center of town but not completely in the mix (especially during Cherry Festival) with sidewalks and the path along the river. A lovely walkable distance to get the lake. The space was open and light and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. While we didn't cook when we were there, we appreciated how the kitchen was stocked. Nice touch in the bathroom with simple supplies one might forget on a trip. We didn't take much advantage of the common space, but enjoyed the concept, it felt vibrant.

Perfect location

We had a great time. The units were very comfortable and very clean. We didn't want to go back home. Within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Highly recommend The Social House for breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Quick trip to Traverse City

Great location, downtown is walkable from the house. The apartment is convertible depending on the number of guests you have. We had only three total and had two bedrooms. The place is spacious. We didn’t use any of the amenities but they have everything here. Would recommend! The only issue with any VRBO is the fees! The fees are almost as much as the rental!

Can’t wait to go back!

I am so glad we stayed at Birch Maple House. It was a quick walk to downtown TC and you’re right down the road from a bike rental shop. The biking trails are literally behind the coop. There is plenty of parking options and spaces. The main grocery store is just a quick 5 minute drive. The coffee shop and bar on the main floor were awesome and the staff was super kind. The apartment itself was stunning and clean. There was so much sunlight through the large windows that overlook the river! I’d give it a 100/10 if I could! The only thing I would love more, is if there was a TV in one or both of the bedrooms and not just the living room. Thank you for the awesome place to stay!
