House was very nice, great location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family. Of note, hot water had a very strong sulfur odor.

The home was perfect with plenty of room for the whole family to be comfortable. The property was gorgeous with a great back yard. The trip to the beach was tougher than expected and it's difficult to get up and down with little kids and supplies.

The best parts of the property for us were the location to the beach, plenty of rooms and beds, large gathering area and outdoor space. Loved the front porch though it could use some furniture repair or replacement and some cleaning (lots of spider webs). Very clean and great host communication.

10 of us stayed there very comfortably. It was so nice to not drive to beach that might be crowded. Two of us were 70 so we had waking sticks to help with going up & down the steps to the beach. Great sandy beach!

Lovely house, it was perfect place to stay with our kids & grandkids. Kid friendly, had 2 pack-n-plays, other kid stuff. Private beach was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here with a small group of close friends for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for what we needed - ample space, great layout, plenty of different areas for everyone to hang out in. The walk to the beach was simple to find, and the beach was beautiful. We caught a few great sunsets. Overall, we loved the house and would highly recommend it!

Great home. Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower water pressure. To get to the beach is a few houses down and a 90 stair commitment down and back up, but private beach was so nice. Also super easy to get to Silver Beach as well. The host was easy to contact and responsive for any questions we had about the house in advance. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was large and had plenty of room for our families to spread out. The beach was beautiful and we all enjoyed playing in the sand and water. The power was out for two days prior to our arrival due to a storm. Katie was quick to communicate this with us and had options for us to consider in case the power wasn’t back in time. She was very responsive and kind whenever we messaged her.

Great Family Experience!

This property was perfect for our needs: 4 adults and 5 children ages 1 to 13. Plenty of space and conveniently located to the beach and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house/ gorgeous beach!

The house is very nice, clean, and the pictures were accurate. We met up with friends and had the most enjoyable relaxed beach trip. The shared private beach that is just a short walk from the house was the best part! Highly recommend!

Exceptional for family beach vacations

With years of family vacations under our belt, the general consensus was that this was the best house we've ever stayed at. Spacious, well stocked and equipped, beautiful decor and the beach was close and beautiful. A note of caution regarding beach access for elderly navigating the path to the beach, Overall, we want to return next year.

Perfect location!

This house is great! Super clean and additional little bedrooms for the kiddos. The location is very private and the walk to the beach is short (though there are a lot of stairs). The coach house is also just as beautiful! Thank you for such a wonderful week!

Perfect location and amenities!

We stayed at this house for our yearly Lake Michigan getaway. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and with the guest house, this was a PERFECT location for us. There was ample room, a huge backyard, and private beach access just a short walk away. We absolutely loved this house and after over 9 years of family vacations, we all agreed this was our best one yet! We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

Perfect house for our family during our son’s wedding weekend! Loved everything about it especially the outdoor living spaces and proximity to Lake Michigan! The hydrangeas surrounding the back patio were the talk of the weekend! Would love to stay here again!

Sweet Sara's has a huge backyard that the kids loved to play in as well as a great seating area by the fire pit. The inside was large, beautifully designed and decorated. It exceeded all our expectations!

Summer vacation

Home was clean and fit our family perfectly. The outside furniture wasn’t cleaned off very well. The hike to the beach was a beast especially going back up the trail and steps. Despite that obstacle the private beach was worth it.

Lovely Getaway

Patti was an excellent host and her home is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The house is well laid out and so easily accommodated our 7 person group of extended family members. The outside eating and grilling area was particularly pleasant and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. We spent a great deal of time at the private beach because the water was calm and so there was plenty of sand for us to spread out on. Well worth a visit!

This house was perfect for our family! It was well stocked with anything you could need, including coffee, spices, and laundry soap to name a few. The private beach access was only used for sunrises/sunsets. The public beaches were very nice and a short 10 minute drive away. Our family loved the spacious backyard & fire pit. We loved this house!
