Livingston Fabulous Beachhouse

Säg farväl till gamla, unkna hyror! Livingston är en nyare hem med en "privat sandstrand" för massor av kul!

Sten och trä i hela, mycket detaljer och omsorg gick in i denna underbara "fritidshus". Det finns ett stort sovrum / bad svit på andra våningen tillsammans med ytterligare två sovrum och ett badrum för dem att dela. Första våningen pulver rum har en "ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare" för din användning. Den öppna planlösning med ett solrum väggar med "franska dörrar" lämpar sig för roliga tider och stora underhållande för familjen. Njut av promenader "stranden" så långt som du vill ha i endera riktningen, eller bara ställa in stolen ner och lyssna på vågorna ta sig till "land - det är allt så fredligt.

Hotellet ligger i en woodsy, "land atmosfär", kanske du hittar en sköldpadda på vägen, käpp på baksidan däck, eller rådjur att hitta sin väg genom bakgården. Det är allt bra minne gör saker som varar! Kom in och ta reda på varför Livingston är platsen att planera din "semester" runt !!!

We had a great stay! The beach access was drawn well and easy to find. The house had everything we needed, and dollar general is just up the road for quick needs so you don’t need to travel all the way to town. It is in a wooded area, so bug spray is probably needed if you want to spend time sitting outside.

We really enjoyed our visit! Our group of 5 fit comfortably in the house. There was plenty of space to spread out for meals, movies, and games. The private beach access was nice for morning walks along the beach but would have been tough lugging all our beach gear (which we brought - the house does not have any beach gear or beach towels to borrow). We would recommend the house to friends and family!

We have rented several homes via VRBO and this was by far the best home we have stayed in. John was very quick to respond to all communications, the home was beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked better than our own kitchen. Everything you need is here. Check in and check out were simple. The walk to the lake front was within good measure however there are several stairs to go down to reach the beach. Going down wasn't bad but climbing them was difficult for my husband and I (as we both have heart issues). The view from the beach is breathtaking and you should definitely check it out just know it is a steep climb coming back up. Overall we give this home and experience an 11/10 and cannot wait to return.

Great stay

Overall great stay. The private beach was beautiful but there are a lot of steps to get to it everything had to be carried down and was a little tough for our little ones, other than that it was everything we needed.

Enjoyed the stay

My family enjoyed our stay at Livingston's Fabulous Beach House. The lake was a 10-15 minute walk or a quick car ride then a trip down approximately 90 steps built into the bluff but at the bottom you are rewarded by a beautiful, uncrowded beach. This morning we were the only ones on the beach for as far as you could see. Close to wineries and St. Joseph. Host was quick to respond to all inquiries.

4th of July Stay

This is our 3rd stay and each time we are not disappointed. The home always clean and welcoming. Cute and cozy and the perfect peaceful spot to enjoy some time away at the beach. A short walk to a private beach that you can enjoy bonfires or flying kites! The host is responsive with any questions we may have. Great memories made! Will come back again!

Amazing

This home was beautiful and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the space this home offered. Our family especially loved the access to the beach, even though it was a bit of a hike down the stairs to the beach. We hope to be back next summer!

Sunshine and Solitude

Second time booking at this location, private beach and close to St Joe if you decide to venture into town. The 2.5 baths come in handy with multiple family members and cozy beds to rest. The owner is quick to respond no matter what time of day I messaged him. Thank you for another fun stay and Michigan adventure.

stove is subpar, all else perfect

Had a great time here with my parents and children. Access to the beach was a nice 5 minute walk and the warning about the stairs is accurate, they are steep. It was all worth it for the beautiful, clean, and near private beach. We had a blast. There was an issue with ants that the owner addressed as quickly as he could, and the stove top really makes it hard to cook as it did not heat up well, but the house itself was clean, open, well lit, and welcoming.

Awesome

Highly reccommend this property!!! Our expierience was just great, will definitely come back next year!! House was extremely clean and well taken care, lots of light, all amenities included. 5 minutes walk to the semiprivate beach. Great location with proximity to parks, public beaches, playgrounds. Great place for kids! Host John very helpful and friendly.

Very clean but linens were old and mismatched, didn’t fit nicely on the beds. Kitchenware was mismatched. Definitely not a beach house. Stairs were too difficult for some of us to go to the beach. But the house was quiet, private, restful and had everything that we needed.

Close to the Blue Dress Barn

My husband and I stayed here with our two boys and another couple. It was clean, easy, and really close to the venue we at. We enjoyed riding our bike to the stairs that take you down to the water. It was private and the neighbors were very kind. I think the house is best suited for relaxing. The owner was easy to talk to, but we didn't have any issues anyway. It was a great spot. Thanks for having us!

4th Of July Get-away

This was a perfect place for our party of 7, youngest is 15. Beach access, private beach, great location access to touristy happenings. Nice sized property for setting up crossnet or spike ball. Plenty of space to hangout for all. Well-kept and comfortable, highly recommend. **Note--we've been traveling to this area for decades, so for those unfamiliar, the beach is accessed by walking down a bluff. There are steps to access but it is steep and long and may not be best choice for someone with mobility issues. We love everything about the Michigan lake shore and would definitely go back!
