Vackra stranden 3 sovrum, 3 bad 2: a våningen bostadsrätt (Princess 204) ligger på Princess på den lugna delen av Thomas Drive i Panama City Beach. Prinsessan 204 sitter direkt på 325 fot långa, vita stränder i ett privat område av endast 74 lägenheter. Vår lägenhet (enhet 204) är på andra våningen och erbjuder det bästa av allt. Det är en stor, rymlig lägenhet med 1744 kvadratfot inuti enheten. Vi har en extra stor balkong (288 kvadratfot) med utsikt över alla åtgärder på stranden. Solnedgångarna är otroligt!

Vi har TV i alla rum med en 52 tums LCD-TV med plattskärm i vardagsrummet, en 37 tums LCD-skärm i sovrummet och 32 tums LCD-skärmar i de återstående två sovrummen. Det finns surroundljud i vardagsrummet, sovrummet, kök och på balkongen. Vår lägenhet har 3 DVD-spelare, en VHS-spelare och en fem-skiva CD-spelare. I vardagsrummet finns en stor soffa, loveseat och en fåtölj. Soffan i vardagsrummet är också en drottning sovvagn.

Det finns en separat bar med ismaskin och ett vin kylskåp. Köket är välfylld och redo för din kock. Köket och bar har granit bänkskivor. Nytt kök och WET BAR !! ALLA NYA KRAFT jänta SOLID lönn skåp, NY counter-tops och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. NYA DUPONT FLÄCK-MASTER mattan. NYTT TILLVÄG I BATHS, KÖK, VÄRME OCH DINING ROOM IN 2019. Tvättstugan är överdimensionerad och har en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, samt gott om plats för förvaring.

Princess 204 har kung bäddar i varje sovrum. Ett sovrum har också en dagbädd med pop-up rulla säng som gör till en 4: e kung säng. Det stora sovrummet är havet med en uppdaterad lyx mästare bad med dubbla handfat, en stor bubbelbadkar, en klädkammare och en dubbel dusch med två duschmunstycken! Den andra och tredje rum har privata badrum. Enheten är nymålade och väl underhållna. Vi har just installerat ny matta i alla sovrum och nya kakel i köket, vardagsrummet, alla badrum och tvättstuga.

Enheten sömn 8-10 bekvämt. Princess 204 är på ett lågt golv, men har en spektakulär utsikt. Eftersom alla sovrummen har king sängar och privat badrum, kommer lägenheten lätt rymma en stor familj med barn eller bara par.

Varje hyra levereras med gratis trådlöst internet och gratis solstol SERVICE, finns bara 2 stolar med kuddar och parasoll gratis solstol service under våren, sommaren och tidig höst.

PARKERING är begränsad till 2 bilar från 1 maj till arbetsdag varje år. Ytterligare bilar kan tillåtas för $ 30. 00 per bil. Den extra parkeringsavgiften ingår inte i några citat på VRBO.

Everything was just wonderful the condo was clean we had more than enough room beds were comfortable kitchen well stocked loved the pools and hot tub the kids loved the indoor pool. Had a wonderful time beach and location was perfect.

Generational Family Fun

Jennifer was excellent in giving us all the information we needed for the condo. The condo was perfect for our 9 women! So spacious and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen utensils and towels. The addition of the extra ice maker and mini fridge was a bonus! We loved the full balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. The beach access was an easy walk! Having the two chairs and umbrella made going to the beach effortless. We all agreed this was the best condo for a large group! The fireworks on the 4th of July was the best finale!

Quiet and relaxing

The condo was spacious, everyone had their own bathroom. It was a large balcony with plenty of seating area. The beach was nice and quiet and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Wonderful condo loved our stay. Our refrigerator went out and within an hour. It was replaced great job. We did have a drain problem in the primary and it was never fixed. We could only turn on one showerhead at a time or we had water up to our ankles

Excellent

The agent at VIP Jennifer was excellent even prior to our stay. We had no issues while there and did not need to reach out thanks to the communication received before we got there. Condo was perfect for us , 6 adults and 3 children 3 and under. Even the chair rental guy ( they came with room) was more courtesy than we have ever had. W will definitely be back! Ps loved the second floor level

Family Vacation

We were all impressed with this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and easy access to the elevators. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware and cooking utensils. It was located close to several restaurants and grocery stores for added convenience and the traffic in this area was minimal. If we had any complaints it may be that we needed more towels and wash cloths per bathroom but the laundry room was amazing in this unit and we laundered what we needed.

The Princess is our favorite place to stay in PCB. It is very clean and accommodates our family well. This location is quiet and feels like our home away from home. The property managers were the best!

Perfection!!

We enjoyed this condo very much. So much space. We had 7 adults and two children and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We had our coffee out there every day. The indoor pool was a bonus. The kids enjoyed that especially. I could go on and on but I will just say that we will definitely be coming back! Thanks Jen and Donna for a great week!

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again

Had what we needed. Hardly used the TV but when we wanted to, we could not stream our service. Nightlight bulbs need replaced and electric can opener did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with all non food items needed. Great for family, friends and wedding group to vacation. Brought our own pillows but didn't need as all bedding well stocked. Loved that quest had a closet to leave beach items others could use. We left our volleyball as we had 2 at home already. We also loved the space to have extra family over for dinner a couple nights.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!

The condo 204 was more than worth the money! The condo had every convenience of home that you could think of from having a well stocked kitchen with various appliances to pots and pans, silverware. The beach view was amazing to wake up to in the morning from the master bedroom and during the day with the curtains pulled back in the living room. All bedrooms were nice and provided ample room for our family of 9! A great family house! They even stocked various games for families to play. We had zero problems with the condo. We are definitely going to book with Jennifer and Donna again! If you are second guessing your decision to stay or are torn between this condo and another one, STOP! This is the perfect condo! Heated indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool. Beach access. It has everything.

Home away from home

The hospitality was refreshing and the effort to communicate clearly was impressive. This was the cleanest beach condo I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed to cook all my meals and the extra ice maker and fridge was a nice bonus. The balcony offered privacy on both ends and a spectacular front row view of the beach. We loved the heated pool to enjoy on Christmas day. Our family of seven stayed here and we were comfortable with the space. Our toddler grandson had plenty of okay space as well. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

PERFECTION

Donna's place is just perfect! The space, the view, the location, the communication, all of it! The condo has everything one could hope for in accommodations, along with nightly visits from dolphins! Our party of 5 adults and a child could not have found a better spot! I have stayed in many rentals, and Donna's place is at the top! Just perfection! Thanks so much for sharing your space!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several condos in PCB and this one has been my favorite. Very convenient beach access when traveling with small children and easy to make trips to and from the condo/beach/pool. The building was not crowded and I liked being on the quieter end of PCB close to some of our favorite restaurants. We will be back!

I loved the big balcony. The condo was decorated beautifully. I hab my 2 sisters, nephew and niece in law and my 2 grandbabies and we had plenty of room. My sister andy husband cook they loved all the kitchen stuff. The only complaint they had was the knives needed to be sharpened

My husband and I own and manage this property. We also live at the Princess full-time. Our management company is VIP Resort Properties, LLC. We are the original owners of this condo and have always loved it. It is furnished as comfortably as any home and has all the amenities you will ever need. The beach views are the best around and the location is private and quiet. The complex is gated and only has 74 units on 325 feet of beaches. It is an quiet oasis in a busy world. All the area attractions are nearby, but when you are at our condo everything seems to be a world away!

Best of all, the Panama City Beach area is convenient to reach by car or plane from any location. You can travel the world and never find a beach as beautiful as the one at The Princess!

If you rent Princess 204, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see!
