Perfect Location

The location and amenities were great! We enjoyed both the beach and the pool and being right next to Pineapple Willys was the best. This is our new favorite resort in PCB. The condo was clean and well furnished. We felt at home the entire stay.

Nice and clean resort. Everything was nearby. Parking garage was tight and elevators were a hassle at times. Pools were great for kids and adults.

The property was well maintained and accomodating . Great view. The only negative was the elevators did not want to open at our floor. But that is no reflection on the owner or his unit.. We enjoyed our stay...

Nice Condo

We enjoyed this condo! It’s very functional and being on the 7th floor was actually very convenient when the elevators got congested. The shower head was clogged in the guest bathroom but we didn’t need to use it since we didn’t have a group. Washer and dryer was nice. Bed is very comfortable and there were tons of pillows which was so nice! Would love to have had a couple of more blankets available. The air didn’t work well and we didn’t go to the balcony much so not sure what was going on there. Overall the condo is adorable and functional!

Good/Easy with Slight Difficulties

TV in bedroom didn’t work. I couldn’t get it working during my stay. My floor had a water line break and I went without water for a handful of hours and had to get sprinkled on when leaving the room until they could stop the leak. Elevators also take a long time. The unit itself was great and definitely was worth the stay.

Not the best nor the worst Your Comments 1st thing was driving around for 30 mins seeking a parking spot that didn't exist after calling customer service she checked floors for a 713 and laughed saying oh this unit doesn't have a spot we'll thanks for the heads up! The master bathroom toilet feels like your going to tip over it's so loose! The bed has a sink hole in the master! And sand... states to clean it or be charged we can't clean something when there's not a single vacuum,mop or broom in unit! And they asked to come in for fire Inspection and I said can you check the large mold spot on the living room ceiling that has been painted over but no response on that. Minor issues hopefully they work out, the unit had nice views and did the job for the days there

A little disappointed in beginning, master bed wasn’t made. Had to call, bed didn’t get made until 7-8 pm. Didn’t like having stranger in condo with me and kids. Washing machine needs to be cleaned, gasket stinks of mold. Hair stuck to gasket, nasty!! Only 2 complaints!

2nd time back this summer

This is my third visit to The Shores and I'll continue coming back. But this unit was something else. The front door shared a wall with the parking garage-- not used to that but whatevs, we're back at our favorite resort! The dishes weren't cleaned thoroughly although I was told to make sure that I wash all of mine upon departure. Some of the towels and pillows were disgustingly stained. There was a horrendous smell in the master bed room that kept me up all night. We went first thing in the morning to buy air fresheners. The bed sucks you in the middle so good luck to whoever weighs the most because they'll get the best sleep ever. My back suffered. What a vacay, and it was my second time back this summer! The resort saved this unit because we absolutely love it here at The Shores. We didn't complain, we just made the best of it. Oh and prepare to park wherever you can find a spot because they don't have gate codes nor reserved parking spots. Luckily it wasn't too crowded for us & we were able to leave a couple of times and get our same parking spot back. This unit would be PERFECT if it was cleaner and didn't smell bad. And I found some fruit loops on the floor under the couch when we were leaving. We never had cereal there. And the reserved parking pass would be WONDERFUL!

House Keeping did not clean and the staff is not friendly

We love staying at Shores of Panama and have for years. This time was a bit disappointing. When my husband and I arrived, the room was dirty only the beds were made and towels were clean. We contacted vacation Life Properties and they were very nice about it and apologized numerous times. There were kids toys and Cheetos on the rug under the coffee table, hand prints on all the mirrors, half eaten pizza and a sock under the couch that was visible once the bed was pulled out, a spider on the pillow in bedroom and a moldy shower curtain liner. We were very disappointed with how the house keeping handled this situation. They said they came in while we were at beach and cleaned the room but the stuff was all in the same spot it was when we left and nothing was cleaned. We contacted vacation life again and they then apologized and after having to deal with this back and forth, house keeping came up and was very ugly. She made us look for a vacuum and handed us the new pillow case to put on pillow and then 3 days later brought us the shower curtain. Not to mention we took the moldy one down and they brought a new one and handed it to us at the door to put on ourselves. Needless to say, this experience wasn’t the best and we will more than likely not be staying at shores of Panama again. Staff is not as friendly as they once were.

Horrible

No communication with management property, many things broken, elevators don’t work, advertised as a 2 bedroom….it is a 1.5. No door on master bathroom, outlets didn’t work, breakers tripped, mildew in the washer, barely any utensils. Unit 713 was horrible but so was the whole experience.
