Our cozy property features a bright, welcoming living room with stylish décor and comfortable seating. Each bedroom is carefully curated for restful sleep, and the newly renovated bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.
Step outside to enjoy our serene new backyardânow complete with a hot tub, two louvered pergolas for shade and comfort, and a privacy fence for your own secluded getaway. Whether youâre sipping wine under the pergola or gathering around the fire pit, this is your personal slice of Fredericksburg tranquility.
Youâll also have access to a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the essentials you need for a convenient, comfortable stay.

Welcome to Mulberry House! You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of a utility closet off the living room and a small storage cabinet in the laundry room reserved for personal items. If you have any questions or need anything at all, weâre always happy to help.
