När man kommer in i huset, öppnar entréhallen på 2 våningar (galleriet) med gestimmtem Steinway konsertflygel. Vis-a-vis en anländer i den rymliga, elegant inredda vardagsrum med matplats (2 bord med 6 och 10 platser) med TV / DVD, hi-fi-system, öppen spis och bar. Från entréhallen du gå till vänster in i hallen till den nedre sovrummet vingen - här finns totalt 4 rum och 3 badrum. 2 anpassas till berget sida rum: "Blue Room" med en dusch följt av "Röd-gul rum", som är associerad med ett litet badrum med badkar och toalett. 2 andra rum på bottenvåningen har en lake view: den "japanska rummet" med generösa bad och september Toalett, sedan ett annat rum med en bäddsoffa för dubbelrum. På övervåningen finns 3 rum. För det första "Obwaldner Room" (i röd-vit möblerad). På denna våning kan du se från galleriet nivå entréhallen. På galleriet finns en sittgrupp med ett litet bibliotek. Härifrån får du i alla rum på våningen. Så z. B. även "dormer rum", där upp till 4 gäster har utrymme och där det finns en stor TV + 2 spelkonsol. Genom en korridor du når den tredje Bed and Breakfast ("Elchzimmer") på denna våning, en liten, mysiga rum med en lantlig Naturholztäfelung. Vis-à-vis är tillbaka i entrén trappan till GD ett ursprungligt gästtoalett. Alldeles intill trapporna till GD är en dörr som leder till källaren och köket. I köket finns bredvid en 4-kokplattor spis 2 ugnar, kylskåp, diskmaskin och en ventilerad utanför skafferi. Köket följer även en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och mikrovågsugn. I källaren finns ett smakfullt inredda rum för biljard, dart och bordsfotboll och en stor inomhus lekplats (fd. Pool) kvadratmeter med rutschbana, studsmatta, klätterrep, myshörna, etc. till cirka 45 område. Ett litet kök erbjudanden är fortfarande sätt att ge sig med drycker mm .. Detta rum leder genom stora skjutbara glasfönster på en terrass med utsikt över sjön, där fäder och mödrar kan koppla av i en solstol med en kall drink. Återigen ovan leder från köket till vardagsrummet med matplats och slutligen därifrån till de stora, beschattbare markiser Terrass, där en stor trädgård öppnas med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Sarner sjön, Obwaldener bergen, Giswiler Stock , i fjärran Brünig Pass och mot byn Sachseln.

Amazing property with so many great amenities

Bijou Sur Lac is simply amazing! It has been setup with everything that you would need for a great stay with everything really thought out. Having kids that were aged from 7 to 12, the onsite play gym was an absolute hit. The views of the lake are stunning and the location is great to take day trips to many key places. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house with a wonderful view

I highly recommend this location as the view is spectacular, rooms are numerous and comfortable and the raclette table is amazing! It has a great view of the lake and quiet yet near Sarnen and Lucerne

Wonderfull villa

We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious house. Perfect location for day trips to Luzern and Pilatus - and the view from the villa was breathtaking. It was very hot during our stay so we also took trips to the seebads nearby and enjoy the terracce.

Stunning views - quiet neighborhood

Great location-central to Lucerne and Interlaken. This villa was a perfect fit for our first visit to Switzerland! The description is accurate - super clean, kitchen fully equipped, peaceful neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group of 7; 2 couples, 3 singles to relax, enjoy and soak in the views. We stayed 6 nights. I highly recommend and would come back.

Wonderful place for a large family!

We had an amazing stay in Sarnen! The home is wonderful, spacious, and has the amenities - an amazing kid game room, ping pong, pool, foosball, well appointed kitchen, shaded places on the patio to enjoy the amazing views - just great! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing views in Swiss countryside

Very spacious villa, amazing views, so many activities to do around the property for both adults and children alike. Judith, our host, is very nice, helpful and welcoming. We would love to return. Mount Pilatus and Luzerne are short distance away. Breakfast on a terrace with clouds above the lake is something we will cherish in our memories for a long time.

Beautiful and clean house

This property was spotless. It was situated in quiet and beautiful location just outside of Sarnen, yet only a 5 minute away from anything you would need in town. (Only 25 mins from Lucerne and about an hour from Interlaken.) There was a local host who was available through text or WhatsApp for assistance that responded fairly promptly whenever I reached out. It was a shame that we were only here for 4 days with a whirlwind schedule in the area, so we really did not get to spend that much time at the house, although it was always pleasant to come home to at night. The beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the living room was a great way to start each day, and we would have loved to have spent more time lounging on the patio had time allowed it. Great place for a family vacation!

Beautiful property in ideal location

We loved our stay at this amazing property. Everything that we could have possibly desired for our stay was already accounted for by the owners. The caretaker of the property arranged a meeting with me on our arrival and spent a significant amount of time giving us a tour and introduction on how we could best maintain the property during our stay. Also, the careful preparation of the property was indicated by the many notes and signs that were posted. While the owners did charge an extra fee for usage of additional bedding and towels, this is quite understandable. Having the option to have clean linens and additional towels was nice, even if it was for an extra fee. This property is ideal for guests that have children and need additional space. I would love to visit Sarnen/Wilen again and would stay here without hesitation.

A perfect stay in an excellent house and a beautiful place!

My stay at this house was absolutely perfect. The beautifully decorated house provided us with unmatched comfort during the summer. Located by a beautiful lake, it offered breathtaking views of the Swiss landscape, with the lake, mountains, and lots of greenery. The location is very central and allows access to the best places in Switzerland in a short amount of time. The outdoor area was fantastic. We loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying meals while looking at that beautiful view. Evenings spent lounging and enjoying the stunning scenery were a highlight. Inside, every room was designed for maximum comfort. The cozy living room even had a raclette table, a very well-equipped kitchen, restful bedrooms with beautiful views, and comfortable bathrooms that made our stay incredibly pleasant. The house has everything a family could need. It has utensils of all kinds. Everything we needed was there. There was even a wine cellar full of wines and beverages for us to choose from. There were even electric bikes available for stunning rides along the lakeshore. The service was exceptional. Manuela was incredibly attentive and ensured all our needs were met. There were no negatives, making our family vacation truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Switzerland.

tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen, 4 Kinder von 2-5 Jahren und einem Baby vor Ort und es war einfach alles perfekt! Das Haus hat eine gute Grösse, sodass man auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat. Der Indoor Spielplatz war das Highlight für die Kinder und auch der Billardroom für die Grossen wurde sehr geschätzt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft und es lassen sich viele Ausflüge in der Region unternehmen - man benötigt einfach zwingend ein Auto. Checkin und -out war sehr gut und die Gastgeber vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Maison incroyable, vue imprenable, séjour exceptionnel

On n'aurait pas pu trouver un meilleur endroit pour fêter les 50 ans de mon mari avec ses amis cyclistes. Tout était simplement parfait: La maison tellement bien située et équipée, la vue incroyable depuis la terrasse, les 1000 choses à faire dans les alentours, l'accueil et les conseils sur place par Judith. Un seul regret : Le temps est passé trop vite et tout le monde à eu un pincement au cœur de quitter ce lieu magique. Nous recommandons Bijou sur Lac à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour exceptionnel et des souvenirs inoubliables. Salutations chaleureuses depuis la France

Absolutely perfect stay

We were organising a work retreat, for an intensive brainstorming meeting for 5 of us, to develop a new product. We saw the listing online, and thought it would be great as each person could have their own private room, and there was lots of light and beautiful views to inspire us. What we got - was so much more wonderful than the listing says! First, Wilen is a gorgeous and quiet location, nestled in the valley of the mountains, just above the lake, so amazing views all around, and the house is perfectly situated to enjoy the views. Next, the house is so well equipped, it literally has EVERYTHING that we could want to make our meeting a success. There were several work locations - dining table, living room for video calls, outdoor table for a bit more free thinking space, an office space - so we could move around for different parts of the day. The wifi was without any issues, and we could do video calls regularly with no problems. The kitchen and dining experience was perfect - the kitchen, while not huge, has everything you could want, including an induction wok! We made most of our meals in the house, and it did not disappoint! There is every sort of crockery and cutlery you could ever wish for, and the crowning glory - is the massive raclette table which was an unforgettable experience. In terms of comfort, the beds were all fantastic, and the team all said they slept so much better than usual - which was important given we were working intensively all day. You can do some lovely walks from the house, including down to the lake, and the terrace is great for meditation and yoga! Additionally, we went into Sarnen for shopping (loads of supermarkets to choose from) and then a walk and drink one evening, and the town is very pretty. We didn't explore the area further as we were intensively working - but it looks like there are loads of great places to visit very close to the house. All of the communications were easy and fast, and the check in with the housekeeper super smooth - she even stayed late as our flights were delayed and was very pleasant. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy and it felt super luxury yet very accommodating and comfortable. Overall - I HIGHLY recommend the villa for a visit, we would definitely return for a work or social trip, and there honestly isn't a thing I would say I would change or improve. I would suggest a car if you go, as it's far to walk to the centre for groceries. THANK YOU for an amazing place!

Beautiful venue, beautiful location, all possible wishes fulfilled.

With 3 generations, this spacious and extremely well equiped house gave everything we could have hoped for and more. We the grandparents, had a quite corner to sleep and sit. The children had all the fun a house can provide, games and playground. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The lake was at walking distance and in the seroundings there is so much to do, that it would take at least a few more summers to explore. We strongly recommand this beautiful exceptional place; Bijou sur Lac in Wilen.

Ferien am See

Wir waren mit drei Generationen im Bijou sur lac und verbrachten trotz schlechtem Wetter, SBB-Schienenunterbrüche und Hochwasser um den Sarnersee und auch in Luzern tolle Ferien. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für jedes Alter. Und dann wurde das Wetter ja auch wieder besser und wir konnten den grossen Garten geniessen und tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Herzlichen Dank besonders an Judith und ihr Team für die unkomplizierte Ueber- und Abgabe des Hauses!

Séjour très agréable, recommandons cette grande maison!

Nous avons eu la chance de trouver cette grande maison pour 16 personnes. Maison très bien équipée et le paradis pour petits et plus grands enfants. Malgré un temps médiocre, nous avons Profité de la montagne et du lac. Merci à Judith pour ses excellents conseils!! Surtout pour le Cathering! Nous recommanderons cette maison à Sarnen

Das Haus bietet den perfekten Rahmen für ein verlängertes Familienwochenende. Es hat genug Platz um gemütlich zusammenzusitzen oder sich zurückzuziehen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Wetter schlecht, und trotzdem ist uns nie langweilig geworden. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen

Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse ganz wunderbar geeignet. Wir sind mit drei Generationen nach Wilen gereist und haben ein tolles Haus in einer wunderbaren Gegend angetroffen. In diesem Haus hat es Räume zum Zusammensein und auch Rückzugsorte, einfach toll. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, ob Geschirr, Servietten, Frischhaltefolie, alles ist vorhanden. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die schöne Terrasse mit Garten, genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und der Feuerschale nutzen. Die jüngere Generation hat das "Spielzimmer" ausgekostet. Das Wlan hat gut funktioniert. Da die Buchung recht kurzfristig war sind wir mit der nur möglichen Kreditkartenzahlung etwas in Not geraten. Wir möchten Ihnen Frau Brachmann für den unkomplizierten Kontakt und die umgehenden Rückmeldungen danken. Ein spezieller Dank geht an Trix für den netten Empfang und vor allem auch an Judith für die Betreuung vor Ort. Herzlichen Dank.

Since 2011 we own the villa 'Bijou sur Lac' near Lucerne. Andreas knows the area since his childhood because the house has been built by his grandfather.

We love the house because of its' fantastic panorama view, its' 'splendid isolation' and because we've spent already many happy hours with our friends. There is space enough for several families.
