Come stay at our home away from home, a cozy and wonderful lake front, 2nd floor condo with stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake. The morning sunrises are awe inspiring and will invite you to enjoy days of water sports, fishing and fun at the Bernard's Landing lakeside resort. Take a kayak trip or bring your boat and get out on the water!! Convenience docks are located steps away, in clear view from the condo deck. In the evenings, relax and unwind while enjoying the nice weather on a good sized deck and take in the views or venture over to the Bernard's Landing Resort clubhouse and lounge at the pool or in the hot tub. Inside the condo, there's a bright and clean, inviting space with a large, fully functional kitchen for cooking during your stay. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable including one queen and two twin xl beds. Enjoy a wide range of games and movies for your entertainment needs.

This was the most perfect, thoughtful, comfortable stay we have ever had. The apartment was clean, amazing location on the lake, and had every amenity you could think of. I can’t say enough good things!

Amazing place on the lake

Beautiful place filled with all the things that we could possibly need or use during our stay. Decor was on point! Property right on the lake with a gorgeous view Definitely would stay here again.

This is our 5th year at SML. This house was by far the best equipped, cleanest, and best decorated home we have stayed in. The owners do an excellent job of accomodating their guests.

Bernard’s Landing rental

Beautiful two bedroom condo waterfront to Smith Mountain Lake. The condo was pristine with nice extra touch amenities and lovely location.

Beautiful Views

Highly recommend - As pictured - Very Clean and smelled fresh - Comfy beds - Gorgeous lake view - Appreciate the extra touches, like bottled water, coffee, snacks and nice hand soap at all sinks - condo decorated nicely. We were in town for golf tournament, the location was perfect for us. Would stay again if ever in that area.

We really enjoyed the amenities in this rental and in the community. We used the pools, tennis courts, kayak rental and main beach area. The view from the condo was spectacular!

Best Property I’ve stayed in

First time to Smith Mountain Lake and first time I rented some one’s place besides being in Costa Rica, normally I stay in resorts or hotels. This was absolutely the best place I’ve stayed! Everything was amazing. I will definitely rent from this company again and hopefully stay at the same place in late October

Wonderful Lakeside Condo

What a beautiful and comfortable condo for our trip! Our hosts were clear and consistent in their communication and the logistics or renting here were extremely easy. The unit is clean, inviting, and the perfect spot for a short stay or a week vacation. We used the beach, the pool, the pickleball courts and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend!

Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was, by far, the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in. A quick look in the guestbook reinforced that this was a standard and most guests remarked specifically on this! Views of the lake were great and lots of instructions on how to use everything was handy and appreciated. Everything was clean and the kitchen had many condiments and spices which kept our grocery bills down. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Great stay at this beautiful condo on Smith Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super helpful and when I reached out provided an immediate response. The Condo is awesome, was well equipped and the view was spectacular! The amenities including the two pools, beach area and workout room were great and the property is a pleasure to walk. The restaurant and marina were also top notch and the boat we rented reasonable and very nice and new. We will be back!

A lovely family getaway

My husband and I wanted to visit the lake and be near family who lives in a nearby neighborhood. We have two children (12 and 6) and we wanted a place we could all enjoy and unwind. It was the perfect location to enjoy the lake and nearby places to grab a bite. The property was just what we had in mind. Beautiful views and the owners added nice little touches like a bottle of wine, snacks, beach towels, life jackets and beach toys. We'll definitely be visiting again!
