Everything was a great process only thing was the fridge had a noise the entire night. Aside from that check in process was easy and I had no issues

Misleading

Does not look like the pictures. The building needs work on the inside. Floors are coming up which is a safety issue. Someone can definitely trip over them and get hurt. Water damage on walls. Gnats everywhere. The side of town was not the best either and we’re told by a delivery driver to be careful in the neighborhood. The host was able to give a partial refund due to the fact that we did continue to stay the whole time we initially booked for. We were there for an event and there was no availability else where with such short notice. Would not recommend this establishment.

Certainly, here's a draft for your review: --- Title: Misleading Advertisement and Poor Customer Service I recently rented a property on VRBO for a month to accommodate myself and my workers. The listing boasted amenities such as a washer and dryer, which was a crucial feature for our stay. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the washer and dryer were locked and inaccessible. When I reached out to the host, I was met with the disappointing response that we were not permitted to use them. Furthermore, the condition of the property was far from what was depicted in the photos. The floors were rotten, the baseboards were decaying, and overall, the place was in a state of disrepair. It was evident that the photos were misleading, and the actual condition of the property was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to seek assistance from VRBO's customer service, I was met with nothing but frustration. Each time I called, I was placed on hold for an extended period, only to be abruptly hung up on after 30 minutes. This happened not once, but three times, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone considering a stay through VRBO. The misleading advertisement, coupled with the lack of accessible amenities and abysmal customer service, made for a thoroughly disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your accommodations.
