Located in West Hollywood/Mid-Wilshire, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just steps away from the famous Los Angeles Museum of Art, the Grove, and world-class shops and restaurants. Enjoy sophistication at its best and experience Californian luxury while sun bathing by the pool or dining in the spacious backyard. Entertain yourself and your guests with the Sonos speaker system, and show off your bbq cooking skills hosting your most discerning alfresco dinner.
We do have a fleet of Luxury cars available for rent aswell for an extra fee. We offer our guests a preferred price when a car is combined with a property rental

The Space:
High ceilings throughout, bright open floor plan and hand-picked custom furniture. This property is equipped with modern, updated fixtures and appliances, Sonos speakers, spa-style rain shower, and ample storage space.

The bed configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: King Bed (we converted the office into the 5th bedroom, the desk is still there)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: King Bed with en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms except the office that we converted into the 5th bedroom are equipped with a TV. The Guest House cannot be used at the moment. However, the bathroom is still accessible.
Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire property except both Garages. The pool house is not available at the moment but you can still access the bathroom in the Guest House. We thank you for your understanding.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles. The area is called Miracle Mile which is very close to the Grove, Melrose Avenue, LACMA and many more world-class shops.
Getting Around:
The home comes with 3 parking spot. We do recommend having a car during your stay. However, it is very easy to get an Uber from this location as the house is very central.
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (10 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the pool being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 10 people must be respected
- No use of pool area past 10pm
- Pool sliding doors must be kept closed after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge per duvet cover for any stained/ruined duvet cover
- $100 charge per stained/ruined sheet
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
If you wish the pool heated, please request it as there is an extra charge of $90/day for that service. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Wednesday to maintain the pool.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
