Easy efficiency with everything you need for a short stay. Parking and security gate are great for solo travelers. Convenient to local highway.

Perfect

It was perfect for what we needed it for. We were about 20 minutes from Sugar Barge (if that helps anyone). Check in was easy. Honestly all we did was shower and sleep here so my review is short. Thank you!!

Great location!

Except a few minor hiccups, this was an amazing stay. The turkeys in the area are a treat to watch. Make sure you check out the local restaurants.

Good for a short stop on a long trip

All we needed was a stop on the way back home from Oregon. This was adequate, but a little off the path for us. Still fairly direct. We like to cook all of our meals--that is why we wanted a full kitchen. There could have been more utensils (plastic spatula, large plastic spoon). But we do carry our own and were able to make it work. We also like to do up the dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher for just a few dishes. We missed having a drain board and dish rack. Thanks for the bottle of Merlot.

Nice clean place

Worled great for us for a quick overnight trip to see a show in Concord. Only thing was that I always search for a place with a king size bed being 6'6", recall the af sizing saying king sized bed but unit had a Queen size bed. Made it it work nbeing that we were only staying overnight. Besides that no complaints, great value.

Overnight Stay

I was in town for a memorial service. Unit was quiet and clean. Wonderful host Alejandro left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Our Visit to California

This property was perfect for our 2 week visit to Antioch, California. The owner, Alex, was very hospitable and communicative. The unit was reasonably priced, clean and in a very safe and lit location with parking off the street. The unit was well equipped with what we needed for our extended stay. Its location was near a lightly used thoroughfare that connected us to our relatives and shopping. Will surely try to stay here again when we return for another visit.

I was seeking a rental close to family and this was prefect. Being a single female traveling alone I felt very safe there. Lights came on when I would park and cameras added to the security. Very quiet area yet close to everything..My family was only a two minute drive away. I would highly recommend...

Peaceful Studio Apartment with Gorgeous View

We stayed at this property in Antioch for the weekend. Our room was very well renovated, very comfortable, great shower and we loved having the gas stove so we could cook. There is an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains and neighborhoods from an elevated plain. The room was exactly as advertised, and we had great communications with the property manager. We recommend this location.

Simple, affordable apartment

We stayed at this location to visit Napa. It was very affordable and the drive to Napa was not bad. Cute little place, had everything we needed. Alejandro even welcomed us with a bottle of wine.

Nicely appointed, but be aware of construction

This was a good location and reasonably priced. Alex is very attentive and when we broke one of his wine glasses, his son brought another right away and broom to clean up our mess. The BART is a 5 min drive away and great to use to go into San Fran. However, be aware that the owner is building another unit on his property and our car was blocked in on our 1st morning by a concrete and pumper truck at 7 a.m. and were woke up by workers talking. Contra Loma Regional Park is an awesome and a 10 min drive away with tons of hiking/biking and a large public pool in the warmer season. The kitchen could also use a toaster, oven mits and dishwashing soap (which I'm sure was just an oversight). Im sure his new unit will be great for future users, but may be noisy for awhile, while under construction.

A modern studio in a small cul de sac

This quaint studio featured: Contemporary appliances, including a washer & dryer A large flat screen TV Very comfortable mattress Stylish bathroom Close to paved walking / biking trails > even a welcoming bottle of wine My only comment to Alex was to create instructions for how to use the TV remote / service; he promised to do so.
