Helt nytt kök med körsbärsskåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och vackra bänkskivor i granit. Ny sida vid sida genom köket och badrummet. Köket är vackert inrättat till den sista detalj inklusive stjärna fisk skåp drar. Njut av din frukost som sitter vid frukostön eller ta en kopp kaffe på Lanai och titta på soluppgången över vattnet.

Det finns också en separat matplats med ett vackert glasbord och 4 matstolar.

Vardagsrum och sovrum har nya trägolv och dekorerade med nya "ömöbler". Du kan se havet från alla rum i lägenheten. Vakna upp i din king size-säng och titta på havet eller palmerna från din säng.

Enheten har en 55 4K Smart TV i vardagsrummet och en mindre 4K Smart TV i sovrummet. Titta på dina favoritfilmer, strömma, spela in på DVR, I-pod docka och gratis höghastighets wi-fi internet.

Gå ut i vardagsrummet eller sovrummet på den stora Lanai. Lanai har bord och stolar för dig att njuta av din morgonfrukost och kaffe och titta på valarna. På kvällen efter en dag på stranden kan du njuta av solnedgången från din Lanai.

Strandstolar, strandhanddukar, paraply och till och med en svalare att packa din lunch i för dagen på stranden.

Vackra grunder med stor pool, och även en vaddpool och jacuzzi. Stor gräsmatta ut till stranden. Volleybollplan, blanda ombord och sätta grönt. Stranden ut är en lång strand som är perfekt för promenader på morgonen eller tittar på solnedgångar på kvällen.

Bra läge i Kihei med restauranger, shopping och viktigaste underbara stränder och golf. Vi är också bara några minuter till den fantastiska shopping i Wailea.

well appointed condo

We had a great stay in this condo, close to restaurants Nula was our favourite for breakfast or lunch. The condo is very nice it has everything you need, lots of towels, beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. lanai has a nice view of the ocean and sunsets.

Everything you need for a Day at the Beach

We would stay here again. King bed was great. The location was a short drive to nice restaurants. What was so helpful was all the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. We were set. Definitely recommend!

Close to Azeka shopping center for restaurants and Times foods Watched whales from our balcony,our complex was very quite at night, watched the sunset every night while we there. The unit we were in had every thing we needed and was very clean.

Views of sunrise and sunset from balcony!

We loved our stay. Very comfortable condo overall. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Nice shower and bed. Only a couple issues to note:Loud HVAC system noise 24/7. AC units appear to be directly above condo. By end of our visit we got more used to it. This was only major drawback to this unit. Issues with large TV not connecting to network. Unable to get it resolved even after having management company come and work on it. Owner aware and plans to get it looked at. Appreciated owner reaching out after storm and flood in Kihei to ensure we were ok. We would stay here again.

Maui vacation

View was as stated. Location is in very close proximity to the very busy Kihei road.We found there was not a supply of basic household items such a garbage bags, etc. The lanai did not have any shade, so the nice view could only be enjoyed very early in the morning or just after sunset.

Great top floor condo with views of the Ocean

Me and my Wife stayed here for our honeymoon it’s a great central location on the Island for all the activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen for meals if you desire. Central AC was awesome, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of beach towels and a decent set of beach chairs/umbrella f

An AMAZING week!

We had a wonderful time! The condo is absolutely beautiful!! It was well stocked with coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, etc….. along with beach towels, and chairs. Joan is the best host anyone can have. Any questions we had, were answered quickly. Nothing like sitting on the Lanai each morning with my coffee in paradise It was so awesome and we did not want to leave!! I highly recommend this place. You will LOVE it!!

I could not recommend this condo more! The location was perfect! We really enjoyed staying in Kihei for its central location and its many close restaurants and grocery stores. While we ventured out to a different beach or activity each day we always enjoyed coming back to the condo to sit on the beach for sunset. Plus we always saw several sea turtles swimming bye at sunset! The condo had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for cooking and even extra had dishwashing pods, paper towels, and trash bags! The bed was very comfy. The best part though was the umbrella and chairs, we used them every single day! The only negatives would have to be the shower easily gets water all over the floor but we just put down an extra towel so that we wouldn’t have to constantly wipe the floor. Also, the drier would only let us dry for 10 minutes at a time so it took 3 separate trips to the drier to pay 25 cents and restart it to dry one load of clothes, but we only washed one load so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Nicely appointed condo

This condo has a cohesive stylish design and furnishings. Clean, quality bed & bath linens, a pack and play crib, matching dishes and dinnerware, plus a workable collection of cooking tools, drying rack, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards… you name it, the owners have thought of it! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has a terrific view and is comfortably appointed. The bathroom has recently been redone and it is quite nice to use as well. Originally when we were planning our trip we intended to stay in Lahaina, but obviously that was out. We are very happy we stayed in Kihei. It is central, has a lot of great places to eat, and just enjoyed the vibe. Overall made for a great stay on Maui! BTW, we had some small maintenance issues while we were there. That happens. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty in getting a plumber out for repairs on the weekend. She was very helpful and we appreciate it.

Wonderful location

Joan’s place has everything you need. Full kitchen, lots of linens, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, etc. Beautiful view from the large lanai and a minute or so walk to the beach. We had the best time visiting for 10 days and can’t wait to come back. Mahalo.

Awesome Place

We loved the view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also in a good location. We had several other friends staying in Kihei and it was easy to drive and/or Uber from one place to another. Highly recommend!

Loved this place!

This condo was exactly as it is online. It feels so clean and new. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the perks of beach chairs and a cooler were so helpful! There is a great running route nearby and we saw turtles on the beach in front of the property. We would definitely book again.

Great view

Condo was just as advertised, recently updated with great views of the Pacific and sunsets. We arrived a little early but the seller allowed us to put some perishables we had purchased in the fridge. Amenities were plentiful with lots of stuff for beach days as well. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

We love it here!!

This is our second stay here and once again Joan does not disappoint!! The place was beautiful. We loved everything about it!! There is a laundry room literally across the hall from our unit and you can pay with either quarters or the app PaySign. Very convenient!! The pool was great and they had a hot tub!! And the kitchen was stocked with essential you need like coffee, and filters, sugar, etc... !! Best of all it was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

October Stay

This unit was very clean and well kept. Access to the beach was a nice walk straight out from the building. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Thank you. We enjoyed our time away from our winter weather.

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it. My husband wants to make it an annual trip now. We came to Kihei for my daughters birthday and she loved it. It's the perfect central location. It's truly a home away from home. The place is stocked with beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs and more. My daughter really wanted sand toys and we found some in the closet, no need to purchase any. I noticed snorkeling gear too. Joan and the property management on site are always so accommodating. The view is perfect and so close to the water. We love it here.

Fantastic Condo

We loved our stay! The parking was a little confusing at first. All the spots are labeled as reserved, but it's all actually open parking. Something remedied quickly with a stop into the office to ask. But otherwise the condo was perfect for us! Very clean, loved the balcony, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated all of the beach gear which included sand toys for my kids. None of us wanted to leave. We would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I came every year him for a month and I was able to sneak away for 10 days... Finally we purchased our condo. I loved it at first sight... but it needed some TLC. After a lot of TLC, one thing lead to another and the next thing you know I completely gutted the unit. It's fantastic and we love it. I spent 35 years in the fashion industry and I currently sell Real Estate in NYC. Ron is a former NYC policeman and retired from the NYFD- fire department. Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is great... centrally located. I was just on the island and completely redid the unit, so all is new and fresh. If it's raining somewhere on the island chances are it's sunny in Kihei. The unit has great light and fabulous views, too. The sunsets are also fabulous and we enjoy watching them from the backyard, lanai or the hot tub. We are close to our favorite beaches in Wailea too.
