Completely renovated in 2021. New kitchen, new bathroom equipped with appliances, cabinets, shower room all brand new. Entirely covered with shiny hardwood. 3 BR 1BA with a dining section in the living rooms. 65" cable TV, high speed WiFi, gas BBQ grill in spacious shaded porch serve well for both business and fun. Located in a quiet street of the town with easy access to grocery (5 min to Walmart) and restaurants. 10 min to Airpot and 10 min to downtown. Two cars can park inside the fence.

Clean and well-appointed

We had an excellent stay while visiting before heading up to our cabin. Such a lovely home with everything you need. Was quiet and comfortable and well-appointed. Already booked another stay. Highly-recommend!

Nice place

Nice, clean, comfortable beds, safe & private. It looks just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood. Very responsive to our request for A/C adjustment. Would stay there again!

Great stay in Fresno

Communication with owner was excellent. Provided all details and instructions. Home is clean and comfortable and neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lots of stores close by and convenient to all.

Perfect for Pets

The house is exactly as presented in the pictures. Very clean and well furnished, it is an excellent spot for pets because both the front and back yard are fenced. The kitchen is "spartan" and only coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are in the pantry. We enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary trip

We were in town for our 40th anniversary. The house worked very well for us. Near shopping, but not too near. Needed a battery in one of the ceiling fan remotes. Kitchen needs measuring cups and a funnel. Could use a small hamper for dirty linens. Liked that we could park in the garage. Also liked that laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided. I would recommend this home.

Comfortable House

Plenty of space in the house and the yard. Well kept and clean home with basic kitchen tools. The owner is a big plus - a great communicator with prompt reponses!

Wonderful Stay

Five stars all around! Wonderful property located in the heart of Fresno. Whether you’re here for short-term living for work or traveling the area, it’s a great spot to bring the whole family. The host was very attentive of our needs throughout our two week stay, and the house has everything you need for an extended stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Great, very clean home. Our only complaint was the beds were uncomfortably hard, and needed a warmer blanket. The sofa was worn out.

Clean and cozy

Great communication from property manager. Was along our route to Yosemite after visiting Sequoia. Close to dining options since we wanted a meal out otherwise kitchen would have been perfect.
