Any downtime spent indoors will be filled with entertainment with free high-speed WiFi and a game room complete with a foosball table for some friendly competition and a flatscreen TV to stream favorite shows with ease. When days heat up, there will be no better place to relax than right outside in the lanai where you can easily chill out in the shade or take a dip in the private pool! Plus, everyone will be able to get peace and privacy with five wonderful bedrooms all offering unique decor and plush bedding!

Additionally, the Solara Community Clubhouse is just a short walk from this property offering a gym, sports courts, large pool, splash pad for the kids, and an ice cream scoop parlor. You'll also find the Solstice Bar & Grille here, open 11am - 8pm daily.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is my first time to book vacasa through Expedia, so i sent a lot of messages/questions to the host - thank you for the quick reply. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The open concept downstairs was great to gather the family for meals and games. Then at night, when you’re tired of each other’s company- lol! You can go upstairs to your bedrooms for some peace and quiet. But the best thing about this house is that each room has its own bathroom for privacy. It was perfect for our family of 10. Thank you vacasa for a memorable memorial weekend.

Bad customer service team

We checked in to the condo, as soon as I walked in I noticed the master bedroom mattress with a whole, stain in the carpet and master restroom privacy issues. I contacted the vacasa team immediately. They texted me back saying that someone will contact me soon.....I waited and waited....no body called...Very disappointed at vacasa customer service team and owner of the property for not being on top of guest needs. I wouldn't recommend this condo and vacasa site to book your family vacation, they just want our MONEY they don't care about our family needs after we booked. Very disappointed!!

Disney Vacation Home

The house was very cute. The themed bedrooms were perfect for our 7 year old and 4 year old. The driving distance to all 4 Disney parks was very manageable. However, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen did not have any spices or essential dish rags or hand towels. There were some small leaks along the baseboards in the main powder room, dining room, front door area and master bedroom windows on main floor. Overall, we had a great stay and vacation.
