On the heights of a small village in the DrÎme Provençale, Saint-Restitut, discover this beautiful villa overlooking Mont Ventoux.
You'll be dazzled by its superb panoramic view over the valley.
This contemporary villa opens onto an entrance hall with a cupboard and guest toilet. To the right is the living room, with its lounge/dining room and fitted kitchen, spacious and bright thanks to its bay windows opening onto the terrace and views of the swimming pool.
On the other side, the sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, and a separate shower room.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
Special feature: 2 cats live outside. Please feed them!
In the garden: a heated 11x5m swimming pool, 1.20m to 1.60m deep, with an uninterrupted view of Mont Ventoux.
A pétanque area for the more active!
Please note that a deposit of âŹ1,500 (cheque or bank transfer) and holiday extension insurance will be required. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
