The front door of this 101m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated living area with a comfortable sofa and large TV.

A magnificent bay window overlooking the vegetation bathes the room in light and makes for a very comfortable atmosphere.

The dining area features a large table for up to six guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals, including breakfast, with its kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Closets are available to store your belongings and make you feel right at home.

Ceiling fans are installed to ensure a comfortable, well-ventilated environment.

Bathrooms are equipped with mirrored basins and showers.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Montreuil, a good distance from Paris, is easily connected to transport networks which will allow you to greatly benefit from the tourist attractions that the capital offers. You will also be close to the château and the Bois de Vincennes, as well as restaurants.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, Croix de Chavaux (line 9), is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 43-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
