Inside is like an upscale apartment. Residential size fridge, with ice maker, stove, coffee maker and all needed utensils.
The master has a king bed with 8” memory foam. It even has a loft with two twin memory foam mattresses.
Both couches in the living room make out into queen beds. There are also two electric recliners in the living room.
Outside, just can’t be beat. The views are spectacular. Sunrise or Sunset, doesn’t matter. You have it all. There is a huge fire pit with all the wood that you need. You have a pellet grill for cooking outside and an outside, covered dining area.
You also have 440 sq ft dock with diving board and swim ladder. Enjoy the water or just sit on the dock.
We also have a private boat ramp if you want to bring a boat or jet skis.
We also have kayaks and a paddle boat for rent on the property.
There is also some inside games I case it rains and a corn hole game outside.
The entire 5th wheel is covered.
There is plenty of parking

Rest, peace and quiet, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, you can do it all here. It really is a paradise.
