Come and spend your holidays in the heart of Noirmoutier Island! This house located in the Golden Sands in the town of La GuériniÚre is a few steps from the beach, so you can easily relax on the hot sand or take long walks there. In addition, you are also a few meters from the Port du Bonhomme where you can enjoy good seafood.
The house is ideal for a stay with family or friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people. Its outdoor space will allow you to take advantage of the sunny days, to enjoy a good breakfast, good grilled meats and a break under the sun accompanied by the sea air.
The living space is welcoming and bright. You can share delicious meals, moments of conviviality or simply meet up in front of a good movie on television.
As for the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare good meals, it is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The sleeping area is composed of three bedrooms upstairs. The first has a double bed and an adjoining shower room, the second also has a double bed with direct access to the garden and the last one will delight children with its two bunk beds, so they can enjoy being all together.
The house also has a second bathroom, two toilets (1 upstairs and the other on the ground floor), a washing machine, a barbecue and two parking spaces in front of the house.
