Come discover Barbâtre, this municipality on the island of Noirmoutier, for your next family or friends' vacation. You can stay in this lovely house ideal for eight people. You will find a cozy garden with a sofa area, as well as a dining table with a barbecue to enjoy all summer long. A veranda with a bar area and plancha is also available, along with a dining table. Ideally located, the house is only 550 m from the first beach, nothing more pleasant and convenient to enjoy all day and perhaps admire a sunset on the beach.
In this house, you will first find the dining area upon arrival, with the living room separated by the sofa and a television. Further in the house, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
You will also discover the master suite, with a double bed (140/190) and an adjoining bathroom. A second bedroom is also accessible, equipped with bunk beds. You will find the last bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140/190).
You will also access the veranda with the bar area, then the enclosed garden with a synthetic lawn.
For more comfort, a laundry room is available, it has a washing machine.
Parking spaces are available on the street.
