Gate had a code that we didn't receive in the welcome packet; however, the gate pad was broken and we needed the key phob that was in the room, so it was a catch 22. Condo was beautiful and Benchmark assistance was very helpful. We will definitely return!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. Well stocked kitchen and “fun on the beach” supplies. Bring extra paper products and trash bags. Note the beach is very crowded this summer. If you’re bringing your own beach chairs, set up by 7am. If you’re renting beach chairs and have not reserved a spot in January/February, expect to be 4 to 5 rows back from the water. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and the condo accommodations were perfect for us!

Seacrest beach vacay

This condo is great! We had a wonderful view and plenty of room inside for 6 adults and two babies. The kitchen is well stocked and even has plenty of storage containers, lots of varieties of drink ware, dishes, pots, pans and serving pieces. They have a good library and plenty of beach chairs, shovels and pails. The only drawbacks were all of the foot traffic to and from the beach because it is the public access point, the grills did not work and the pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet on the bottom.

Beautiful and clean property but area busy

Right on the beach, condo is phenomenal. Getting checked in was difficult because of gates. The gate workers wouldn’t let us in to get the gates fobs, which are in condo. They said to call property management. We called and spoke with call center multiple times and no one knew what to do. Didn’t hear from management until next day. Thankfully we went back and just begged and another attendant knew to let us in. So just be aware. Condo is very spacious, couches are comfortable, and bathrooms are large and clean. Great place to stay. If wanting to get front row seating at beach you must be there right at 9 to pay for chairs. On this property they went 3 rows back. I saw this on another review and knew to do this, and it does help! But you’re very close to everyone at beach. Private on either side so you can’t sit there.

Great Beach Week with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful view, lovely decor, close proximity to the pool and beach made for a fun beach week with our adult kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for all, more than well equipped kitchen to cook meals, great location if you wanted to dine out and best of all a short walk to beach and just down one floor to the pool. The credit that came with the condo to rent children's high chairs and pack and plays was very helpful as well. Did not know about that when I rented the condo. Only complaint is it would have been nice if the starter products for dishwasher, washer and trash can were more plentiful. They are specific for those appliances and hate to by those in the quantities they come and have no use later for unused items.

Very dissapointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very nice and the views are amazing. Downside is we were never given key access to the community so every time we came and went with our cars we had to wait for someone to let us in... multiple times over 10 min. On top of that inconvenience, there was a cooler of rotten food left on our doorstep from the previous renters... that wasn’t picked up until later in the week. Huge disappointment with benchmark 30A

White Cliffs inspired condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was raised coming to Blue Mtn Beach every summer staying at the beautiful White Cliffs one of the first condos built on 30A. Its absolutely beautiful and The Villas I would bet were influenced by White Cliffs. The pool overlooking the beach is just perfect. The condo is GORGEOUS.We LOVED walking to Peddlers for food LACO YUMMMM and shopping. We would get to the beach ideally by 8 (chair set up is officially at 9 even tho they were usually ready by 8 30 - I recommend reserving yours before arriving at the condo only i dont know how - yim sure Benchmark can help.The only drawback here is that the beach is public access which didn't bother me all that badly until about noon when more and more people arrived and surrounded the area that I presumed was set aside for the condo but I was mistaken. Growing up we enjoyed 30A when it was completely private so public access was not what we are used to and I do know that 30A is no longer the quiet rural beach it used to be. Getting out early is the way to go if this concerns you then going up for a swim in the pool is the best!

Nice Property But....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and furnished extremely well. However, there a too many people walking through the property from across the street to the beach at all hours of the night. The ability to walk near the property is greatly hindered by disrespectful teenagers and young adults on bicycles. The beach is overly crowded in late Sept. Won't stay at Rosemary Beach again. It was not relaxing. If you have young people in your family that you don't want to supervise, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is beautifully decorated and well equipped, along with a great view and location. Kitchen had been totally redone when we arrived. Great big round ice cubes we all loved! Easy to walk to Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. Elevators were convenient with no long waits. When we went the post-Covid crowds were out in mass! There were four rows of rental beach chairs and the open public area adjacent was equally crowded. As mentioned in another review, the beach access walk and steps get very crowded with a wait line to leave beach and use showers at peak times. Condo management did a great job securing the pool to residents only—always available chairs and few people. Specific to unit: parking can be scarce even with pass, make sure your entrance fob works at gate (we had one that did not and it was never rectified), very few bath towels supplied. Be prepared to launder often or bring your own. We had a delightful stay and hope to rent this unit again!

Great Condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very spacious and I loved the access from the parking lot to the unit. There is only two condos per floor. The reason we rented this condo on the beach was for the beach access and in that regard we were completely disappointed. I would avoid renting n the summer the beach is crowded to the extreme. This was not disclosed properly in the description that the entire complex including across 30a has access to one walkway right in front of the condo. We took a lemon of a situation and made lemonade by driving in the morning to the public beach in Panama City, access 86, and had a great experience. If you want beach access this is not the place.

Paradise on 30A!!

This condo is wonderful and is perfect for my family and friends. We come here every year and specifically request this place - gorgeous view, easy access to restaurants and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great Location

What a wonderful location to wake up and see the blue water every morning. A few notes of interest, the Condo is very dated with respect to decor, functioning kitchen ( coffee Pot needs to be replaced and the utensils were either broken or such low caliber they couldnt do the job) mixed matched dishes and serving pieces. All of the mattresses were old and so uncomfortable it was challenging to get a full nights rest. No real linens on the bed..it was either the dirty bedspread ( which we all know so well) or the thin over used blanket to cover up with at night. All of this said, you are on the beach. It would take little effort to bring the Condo into the modern age which we all hope we are paying for at this price. This is my first time with Garrett Realty, and I would suggest a little concierge service is in order..like having the keys available at the condo complex and not 10 miles down 30A, only to return them 7 days later. I would even pay for that service.
