I've been a super host with over 90 five star reviews..
I saw this home and just had to have it!! Its stunning curb appeal doesn't stop at the front door in this charming home. Enter the foyer with finished wood staircase, decorative iron balusters, fireplace in family room and ceiling fans throughout. A huge master suite and a private bedroom just off the front door for the grand parents with no stairs.
The kitchen is fantastic with all new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Solid wood cabinetry, solid surface counters complete a great kitchen. The dinning seating is a total of 16 with intimate eating area for 4 in kitchen and 8 in a separate dining room! and another 4 on the screened patio.
The oversized master suite features tongue-and groove cathedral ceilings, his and her walk-in closets, double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower with a separate toilet. Four additional generous bedrooms as well as all updated bathrooms, central vacuum & complete this wonderful family vacation retreat! Outside the 6 car driveway with room for your 30 ft boat or RV.
The private fenced in rear yard is a true oasis! Theres a screened & covered lanai living area which leads to the heated pool, including a spillover heated spa. Exterior landscape lighting adds to the beauty at night.
Conveniently located near the Seminole City Park with its playgrounds along with the Pinellas Trail access, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park with amazing nature & observatories. Only two Mile to Gulf beaches and public boat ramp.

Family Get-a-way

This place was the perfect house for my children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for us all with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We liked that one of the bathrooms was accessible from the pool area so we didn’t have to go thru the house to get to it. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. And beaches were only minutes away! Lots of family memories were made. Highly recommend when you are in need of extra room.

Great Location!

The location is wonderful, with all the amenities a Florida rental can have. We did notice the pictures and write-up on the website are not totally accurate...the patio and living room furniture has been replaced, there is no TV or shed on the patio, there is no outdoor shower, and there is no covered parking for a boat or RV (there is space, just not covered). The pool area also needs a little TLC and the grill was left with 2 empty propane tanks.

Perfect house that fit the needs of our large extended family. Host was very responsive. House was clean and stocked with all the requisite supplies. House was very spacious and in an ideal location for our needs. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

We stayed here as an extended family group (parents, daughter & husband, son & wife and two kids 15 & 12). We wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again, it was just what we needed after spending time in Orlando at the theme parks and didn’t want to leave! We found the owner helpful and very responsive to messages.

Family Beach Vacay

The house was perfect for our family beach vacation 7 adults and 5 children fit very comfortably. Steven was very quick to respond to all my questions. Great location. Pool and hot tub were an added benefit.

Family Vacation

House was nice and looked just like it did in the ad. Ice maker was messed up had to buy ice. Dryer took for ever to dry towels. AC could not keep the upstairs cool during the day. Set it on 68 degrees and at 10pm going to bed it was 73 and warm. The pool was nice and plenty of room for everyone.

Wonderful stay!

We had thirteen people ranging from teens to adults who stayed in the home. We were very pleased with the home itself, the size of the home, the pool/jacuzzi, and the location of the home. I recommend this home and would stay there again.

Time with grandkids

We enjoyed being with all six of our grandkids. We enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beaches. Plenty of room for all nine of us! Stephen was a great host and responsive to our questions without any delay. Great stay!

Great home near St Pete's Beach

Had a lovely stay at this VRBO home. Stayed with my husband and our 2 married kids/spouses with 3 granddaughters. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen very roomy with appliances easy to use. Host very responsive. Children loved the pool. Many attractions nearby, one great excursion we did was the Conquest Pirate ship cruise out of St Pete's beach- The adults got to drink from the bar and enjoy the cruise while the crew took care of the young ones with all kinds of pirate games. I took a walk through the nature park every morning and climbed the observatory tower, which is approximately a mile away from the house. Great stay.

Family Trip

Spacious Home

The size of this home made our stay with 8 adult, 2 young boys and an infant a breeze. There was room for everyone! Steve was very prompt to all of our needs, dropping of blankets because it was cooler than normal and getting my daughter in when we locked her out! We did learn though that pools heated with a heat pump do not work when the temperature is colder than normal, making the water too cold for me to go in! Can’t control the weather!!

Great place for a family Christmas

We stayed here for a family vacation over Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was stocked enough for us to cook up a few meals. The pool and hot tub were fun. Hot tub is only turned on for 3 hours 7-10pm. Very clean home. The host kept in communication the whole time and was responsive to our questions. Will come back.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Stephen was a great host and was always very helpful with questions or needs. Everything we needed was very close by including shopping and sightseeing. Had a great time at our nephew's destination wedding combined with a great vacation.

Coach roaches

Property would have been good but coach roach was on kitchen cabinet. When there is one, there are always more. Past experiences told me that I didn’t want to carry roaches home. We needed to vacate and property manager felt that leaving was unwarranted because we only saw ONE bug. We unsuccessfully tried to find a resolution. They offered another property that was not large enough even though to PM felt that 3 beds would sleep more than 6. They also said that they would send an exterminator for the ONE bug but we needed to leave. We did not want to spend longer than necessary to prevent carrying roaches in our belongings. We asked for a prorated refund. We spoke to VRBO and they spoke with the PM and they were told they would compensate us for the inconvenience. When we communicated with the PM, that was not being offered. We made several attempts to resolve things and then the PM just stopped responding. No resolution.

For almost 30 years in New York I was a restaurant and nightclub owner, I owned and operated a entertainment agency for venues, private concerts, weddings and more. I also owned music and film recording studios in New York and worked with many famous artists.
Ive always been passionate about showing guests a great time.

But, hands down my favorite passion is being a devoted dad to the beautiful girl in my life! Lily!
I purchased both the st Pete and Jensen beach Homes then turned them both into tropical paradise!
in 2016.
I really love to see people enjoying themselves, so once I saw how much fun hosting is i purchased a 70' yacht to live aboard when my Homes are booked.
I moor the yacht in downtown St. Pete and its also available to book for lodging and cruising.
Im lucky to live in either place depending on which is available. I love entertaining and have many years in the business. I'm passionate about music and as a lead guitarist and vocalist perform in a classic rock band.
I enjoy great conversation, messing around fixing any and everything, yachting, sailing, tennis, diving, fishing and travel. Some of my favorite places are the Greece Islands, Rome, Thailand and the BVIs.
I have 2 adult children and 3 grand children who all live in New York. My princess Lily who is my "mini me" is always ready to help her daddy! Looking forward to meeting you.
