Perfect house/location/hosts! Very impressive

Wow – what a great vacation! The house, location, and hosts were all perfect! The house and views are even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts thought of everything to ensure a great stay. We have little kids and were appreciative of the extra safety measures (examples – lock on the deck gate, child-locks on cabinets). We made great use of the grill, washer/dryer, air fryer, toaster oven, and the dishwasher. Neighbors were very friendly as well! Very comfortable furniture throughout the house. Would recommend this house to anyone and will certainly be telling our family and friends about it. It was great to not only stay at an awesome house with amazing views, but to also meet such great hosts!

Summer vacay

We were looking for a place to just relax and be able to enjoy the water. This place fit the bill. Ramez was so accommodating and was willing to help out in any way possible.

Wonderful Stay at this Lovely Home!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this lovely home. This home is the perfect combination of elegant, comfortable, and relaxing. Upon our arrival the home was spotless. The owners were always a call or text away from any questions we had. The views from inside and outside of this home are truly beautiftl. The location was perfect for us, just minutes to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and private. The backyard and dock was lovely... we spent many hours outside as well as inside. After spending time at the beach or boating we would look so forward to coming home to this house. We often don't feel that way when vacationing. Our daughter said this was the first time she did not miss our home while on vacation. We are so thankful to the Mekhail family for opening their home to our family. We plan to visit many more times in the future! Sincerely, The Flanders Family

Beach Haven West is a family-oriented waterfront community just west of LBI. From the house location, to Surf City or Ship Bottom on LBI, is a short 3-mile drive over the LBI Causeway. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. In walking distance there is a family style private kiddie beach.

Minutes to Long Beach Island beaches. Enjoy the breeze and views of the Manahawkin Bay. Fish and crab off your own dock (crab trap available for use - you keep what you catch). Go for a morning swim or a kayak cruise (2 available for use, with adult size life vests provided). Two adult bikes also available for use so bring your helmets.

Home is very roomy for two families to share. Open concept design that can accommodate your whole family.

Spacious Master Bedroom on 3rd Floor with Exclusive Master Bathroom, and private 3rd Story Deck.

Two more guest rooms on 3rd Floor with full bathroom.

One guest room on 2nd Floor and with full bathroom.

Propane Grill with natural gas line on 1st floor dock area.
