We stayed for 8 weeks and had a wonderful experience. The unit was perfect …very clean, modern, quiet and had everything we needed. The complex offered wonderful amenities in a beautiful setting. Located in a quieter section of LBK but still close to everything you need. Hoping to come back another time.

Wonderful stay

Property was exactly as described. Great location, clean well decorated home, with every amenity you could need. All beach equipment is available. Communication with owner was great. We would definitely stay again.

Cedars East

This is a great property. It is newly renovated and close to multiple restaurants, local shopping, and the gulf beach, which is just across the street. The Hugo II restaurant at Cedars East is great, but it is so busy that you must make a reservation.

January in Longboat Key

Enjoyed our January in Longboat Key. The house was a great place to work remotely and enjoy great weather. The location ideal for the market and restaurants. The staff at the clubhouse are amazing. Pool is beautiful. Close to Durante Park. An ideal place to walk the dog.

Wonderful!

Have been to Longboat Key many times. We opted for a two bedroom as we were having my sister join us for part of the time. I was a little nervous not being right on the beach, but this unit was great. Very spacious, clean, and convenient to everything.

Our stay at this condo was good, had issues with the AC breaking in the first few days. The owner was responsive and attentive after I reached out. Owner said she would offer a discount during the issues with the AC, has yet to do so, has not followed up since on that offer. Condo is nice, updated, a bit of a trek to the pool if you have kids, but overall a nice property. There is not direct beach access with this property, you have to enter through a different property across the street on your own terms or a public access area a few minutes down the road.

BEST STAY EVERRRR!!

My husband and I came with our teen GURLS for our 20th anniversary and their birthdays. The location was great for walking to the beach or driving to different locations. They had everything you would need for a day at the beach. Everything was CLEAN!!! All directions, if we needed them were provided. We’ll definitely be BACK!! Bottom line: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!

Beautiful townhouse!

This rental was perfect for us!! Our time was very laid back and relaxing and this is the place to go for that! Lots of beautiful greenery behind the rental and privacy. We spent time at the fishing dock and beach which wasn’t crowded at all (just a few families).The rental itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. If I needed whatever, it was always close by. The owners made it very easy to check in and out with clear instructions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this rental again! Fantastic!

Perfect location!

Beautiful place, clean, updated, beautiful quiet Beach! Peaceful location. Pool was awesome and warm, Amanda was very thorough and helpful, and we would definitely recommend and stay here again. :)
