Piece of Paradise

Located on a most welcoming friendly street. This house with 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms sits on a canal with dock and large paved area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Gulf of Mexico with its amazing sunsets. The perfect place to come and relax on the back open patio with a high top table or on the dock itself with seating. The front patio with seating is partially enclosed if you need a break from the sun and also where the grill is located.

This contemporary home is all renovated with all updated stainless appliances. The perfect place to come and relax. House is well stocked with all the essentials you need inside as well as beach supplies, such as beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul all your beach needs, as well as fishing poles and supplies to try your luck fishing off the dock.

The home is a short walk to relaxed and upscale restaurants and Durante Park or a short drive to St. Armands Circle that is full of restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for family

This property is everything as advertised and more. Everything is very clean, well supplied with everything we would need, even beach stuff and seating for a family of six. We enjoyed using the canal to kayak out in the bay. Three kayaks come with this property also, very close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, and within walking distance of a beautiful quiet beach area. Pam checked in with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Super nice house near the beach!

Think I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This house is a very nice, comfortable and functional. It well set up and supplied for just about everything you need for fun on the beach and even fishing, which you can do in the canal, right out the back door. The host is very available, responsive and accommodating. Just a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants, ice cream shop and a well-stocked convenience store. Highly recommended vacation rental.

100% Awesome

First of all, any property managed by Pam Rogers is going to be excellent. This is the third property that I have stayed in that was managed by Pam and every single time has been a wonderful experience. Piece of Paradise lived up to that expectation. The house was impeccably clean, well stocked with all amenities, lots of places around the property inside and outside to hang out, and a short walk to the beach. We even got to see a dolphin playing in the canal this time. We will be back!
