Located on a most welcoming and friendly street this house sits on a canal with dock and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Gulf of Mexico with its amazing sunsets.
This vintage/contemporary home with all updated stainless appliances is surrounded by a plethora of native Florida plantings as well as other vegetation, and a perfect place to come and relax. House is well stocked with all the essentials you need inside as well as beach supplies, such as beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul all your beach needs.
Outside you can relax on the patio with a propane fire pit table, sit under the tree with 3 hanging chairs, sit next to the water on large paved area, or do a little fishing off the dock with provided fishing poles.
The home is a short walk to relaxed and upscale restaurants and Durante Park or a short drive to St. Armands Circle that is full of restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay

Excellent Stay

Property was exactly as described. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet with quick beach access. Pam is a wonderful host and we would definitely book again!

Beautiful place & great communication

We loved our stay in Longboat for a week! The host was very attentive and responsive and the location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go! Would come back! :)

Super nice house near the beach!

Think I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This house is a very nice, comfortable and functional. It well set up and supplied for just about everything you need for fun on the beach and even fishing, which you can do in the canal, right out the back door. The host is very available, responsive and accommodating. Just a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants, ice cream shop and a well-stocked convenience store. Highly recommended vacation rental.

Perfect for family

This property is everything as advertised and more. Everything is very clean, well supplied with everything we would need, even beach stuff and seating for a family of six. We enjoyed using the canal to kayak out in the bay. Three kayaks come with this property also, very close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, and within walking distance of a beautiful quiet beach area. Pam checked in with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

100% Awesome

First of all, any property managed by Pam Rogers is going to be excellent. This is the third property that I have stayed in that was managed by Pam and every single time has been a wonderful experience. Piece of Paradise lived up to that expectation. The house was impeccably clean, well stocked with all amenities, lots of places around the property inside and outside to hang out, and a short walk to the beach. We even got to see a dolphin playing in the canal this time. We will be back!
