Lake Michigan Stunner!!! Enjoy this one bedroom with a full bath and kitchen for your up north get away! A queen blow up mattress is provided to set up in the living room if needed. Only 1/4 mile walk to the beautiful Empire beach and located just steps away from local boutiques and restaurants. Luxury linens and towels provided as well all quality soaps. This is a must stay at! Squeaky clean and decorated with style. This apartment is located above Sleeping Bear Gallery, a very cool and hip store!

3 Night Stay

The condo was clean and as described. Check in was easy. My daughter and I spent most of time outdoors exploring, and this was a comfortable place to come back to.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Met the owner Heather and she was very helpful with suggestions on what to visit in Sleeping Bear Dunes. Easy walk to the beach. Nice beach chairs provided. Need a new deck of cards in the game box though. Deck only had 51 cards. Thanks for the nice stay

This is an amazing property! It is the perfect location to experience Empire and downtown Glen Arbor along with the quiet beauty of northern Michigan. Beth ensured the place was in pristine condition and provided everything to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the binder full of personal suggestions and local activities. We loved the nearby trail hikes and river kayaking. The large comfortable bed, tower fan and quiet location helped to provided excellent nights sleep. We loved the interior space and excellent natural light from the many windows. We anticipate staying at this property again.

Just perfect

It's beautiful, and if you're coming with plans to cook, the kitchen is very well appointed and easy to make meals. We went down the few blocks to the beach for a sunset, and it was **magical**. We would definitely stay here again---it was right in the heart of the park

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed the location of this beautiful place as we had an incredible event across from our place. The weather was perfect and everything is in walking distance. The beach and lake were amazing.

Home away from home

This apartment was the perfect spot for us to stay, as we prefer to spend the majority of our time around sleeping bear dunes. We appreciated the quietness of the sleepy little town. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Lovely M22 Respite

The property was clean and lovely. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect location between Glen Arbor & the Dunes to the north and Frankfort to the south. A wonderful, relaxing spot to enjoy all the hiking, Petoskey stone hunting , the National Park and area restaurants. We are hoping to return soon.

Ideal condo!

We came to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and loved the Sunset condo and the attention to detail that went into furnishing it. We cooked our own food mostly and everything we needed was provided and was of very good quality down to the silverware. The bed was so comfortable. Location was great — we made day trips for hiking, relaxing on the beaches and shopping. We put our beach chairs on our backs and walked the short couple blocks to enjoy two magnificent sunsets. The host had prepared a very helpful book of tips, suggestions and maps. Thank you for all you did to make our visit to Empire so fun & relaxing.

Lovely condo in a charming village

Spacious, light, super clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. We appreciated permission from the host to store our bicycles in an indoor landing. We also appreciated that the owner sent over an extra fan to alleviate discomfort from unseasonably warm weather. (The window AC had not yet been installed for the summer.) The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for listing accuracy was that the photos—and then the wall thermostat—suggested there was central air. Communication with both host and owner was good. We enjoyed vacationing in a place that has so much to offer and to explore, and would stay here again.

Near Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore

Empire is a very small town with not much in the town itself. The biking/hiking trails and beach are very nice and worth the trip. The condo was comfortable but not with the best AC.

Great place to town!

Very happy with our experience. Beth was very helpful and accommodating. Heather (the owner) has a gallery downstairs with plenty of tempting pieces of artwork. Great place!
