You will stay in a pleasant 24 m2 studio flat, comfortable, air-conditioned and connected to WIFI, in the Le Baronnet building, from the beautiful and elegant Marina Baie des Anges, located on the seaside of Villeneuve Loubet.
The residence has a 24-hour receptionist, security cameras and badge access, including direct access to the marina and the beach.

Even more, you have a balcony-terrace with a table and two garden armchairs to enjoy the view and outdoor meals.
For more comfort, you have the following household appliances : an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, a fondue maker, a plancha as well as the kitchen essentials (towels-dishes, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar...).
You also have hand soap and toothbrush glasses in the bathroom, an ironing board and iron.
Bathroom linen and bed linen are provided.
