Bright and well appointed, the studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a work space ;
- a shower room;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate the sunny and furnished balcony with which you will be able to take your aperitifs in peace.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Microwave, Oven and Iron.
Sheets and towels are provided. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
One of the assets of the accommodation is its location. It is located :
- a stone's throw away from all shops (bars, restaurants, grocery stores and tobacconists at the foot of the building) ;
- close to a petanque and volleyball court;
- 2 minutes walk from the beach;
- close to the train station and the city center.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the essential places that make the reputation of the city such as
