Beläget i Marina Historic District, är detta hus två kvarter från Intracoastal Marina, två och ett halvt kvarter från downtown / Atlantic Avenue, 3 kvarter från Intracoastal Bridge, och tvärs över gatan från Intracoastal. Stranden är en 10 minuters promenad (mindre än en mil) eller en mycket kort bilresa! Perfect Delray Stay

This was our first VRBO stay and didnt know what to expect. Anita was wonderful to work with. Our place was spotless, well equipped with everything you can imagine and extremely close to Atlantic Avenue and beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great rental! Clean and very well equipped. Well thought out and managed. Short walk to Atlantic Avenue restaurants, shops and to the intercoastal waterway. Easy bike ride to the beach. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect home

This house was perfect for our stay in Delray Beach! Equipped with everything that we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella! The patio was nice to hang out at. Added benefit was my daughter lives just a couple of blocks away. We will definitely want to rent this place again. Also, we have rented many houses with Vrbo and this one, by far, was the cleanest!

Lovely family retreat

We enjoyed the time and the space so much! It was truly a blessing for our family to have a clean and beautiful space to vacate our busy life. Clean, comfortable property close to Atlantic Ave

Stayed here with family and enjoyed every minute of it. Ready to use kitchen, nice patio with adjustable pergola, and close proximity to Atlantic Ave made our stay. Communication with host was excellent, and the neighborhood is perfect for walks to the marina. Only thing to point out is the some of the bedroom doors are slatted, but believe this is to make the air cond. work better. Our white noise fans came in handy. Will definitely be booking again.

Best VRBO

Our stay was amazing! The house is SO cute, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The patio was so nice to hang out on in the evenings. All the beds were extremely comfortable - the master and the beds our college kids slept in! The neighborhood is nice and safe with several people walking on the street. It’s an easy walk to Atlantic Avenue. We didn’t rent a car, so it was important for us to be able to walk. The nicest owners !! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will be renting your house again in the future.

Home away from home

Property was clean, well stocked with everything imaginable. Property owners very attentive and accommodating. Fantastic location. Walk to Atlantic Ave which has many shops and restaurants. Within a mile of Publix, CVS, Walgreens plus many other shopping and dining options. Walk to beach is .75 miles. Can’t recommend more.

Perfect Location and Home In Delray!

We loved the house! My daughters (9,12) were in love with feeding the koi fish and meeting the outdoor cat. We walked to Carmela’s for coffee everyday, walked to town, the beach - location was perfect! Everything was clean and well stocked.

Perfect for Us

This house is a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants (and about a 12 minute walk to the beach), this lovely little house was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. It was super clean and comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated with lots of local art and photography. Nice yard and patio, and a short walk through the back gate and down the alley to a great local coffee shop! Hosts were VERY responsive and friendly. We could not have picked a better place, and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Vacation

Wonderful place to arrive to to start your vacation and a great place to come back to from the beach everyday or from whatever activity or outing we did. Everything worked as expected. Great kitchen, only did one full diner, but it had everything we needed. Walked to restaurants, shopping, nice neighborhood, easy drive to grocery. Would stay here again.

Great Break

Location was perfect for access to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. While close to Atlantic, it was still in a very quiet secluded neighborhood. Porch and back yard was a nice added feature to read, do work and relax.

Perfect House for Family Stay

We loved our 3 weeks at Dolphin Cottage! The property was clean, equipped with everything you could need, and perfect for our family with two young kids. The owners even provided a high chair, travel crib, and age appropriate toys without us asking. The outside space was a wonderful bonus, and the location was ideal for walking to Atlantic Ave and a short drive to the beach. We would rebook again in a heartbeat!

Every amenity

The property is very comfortable with every amenity provided to fulfill the needs of visitors. It is ideally located on a quiet street but within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. Fantastic

Had a wonderful time! This place exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s in walking distance of awesome places. Carmela’s is just behind the house and DELICIOUS! We also had a great meal at Over the Bridge Cafe. Overall, this place was great, spacious, and very comfortable. The side and backyard will great for my kids, too!

Great find in Delray

Grandparents and daughter and 2 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time. No issues, beautiful spot. Lovely outdoor space to include little fish pond and outdoor shower which were both a hit with the 2 year old. Even the dog enjoyed herself. Thanks for such a special place to stay.
