VÀlkommen till Tommys Blue Wave Beach House! En ny notering för 2014-2015 sÀsongen.

Detta nyligen uppdaterade, rymlig 1900 mÂČ privat hem bĂ„de djurvĂ€nligt och familjevĂ€nlig fastighet i ett lugnt omrĂ„de Ă€r en lĂ€tt cykeltur till centrum Atlantic Avenue samt Delray Beach bort av A1A.

Home har hÀrlig Uteplats med bekvÀma sittplatser att njuta av din morgon kopp kaffe eller en trevlig kvÀll med ett glas vin.

Vardagsrum har bekvÀma sectional soffa, platt-TV, DVD och BlueRay-spelare. En mÀngd olika böcker och DVD finns. WiFi finns i huset.

Vackra kök Àr vÀlfylld och redo att laga mat med gott om plats. Rostfritt stÄl apparater, kaffebryggare, diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, brödrost ugn. Köket öppnar upp genom en bar med plats 4 till en vacker matsal med bord som har plats 10. Matsalen öppnar upp med dubbla franska dörrar till baksidan uteplats och grönskande bakgÄrd och stor pool. Utomhus sectional ger en hÀrlig sittgrupp med stora paraply för skugga. Utomhus matbord har plats för 6 och pool skjul har pool och strandleksaker. Landskap i vackra lummiga gÄrden har nyligen uppdaterats.

Master bedroom vetter mot baksidan uteplats med franska dörrar. Rummet Àr vackert inredda med dubbelsÀng, stor garderob, vardagsrum och platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Bifogade MÀstaren bad har en spa kÀnsla med en vacker duschkabin med sömlös glas dusch dörren och fantastiska duschmunstycke.

Andra sovrummet har mycket bekvÀm drottning sÀng och skrivbord med en skrivare och en dator / TV-monitor. Gott om arbetsutrymme om det behövs. Tredje sovrummet har ocksÄ en drottning sÀng och Àr mycket serene. Andra hela badrummet har byggts om och Àr allt vitt med dusch och badkar.

Det finns cyklar tillgÀngliga (2 vuxna och 1 smÄ barn) för anvÀndning tillsammans med en 2 personer kajak, och en surfbrÀda.

Den Delray Downtowner Àr en underbar gratis taxi (bara tipsa dem) i centrum. De kommer att hÀmta dig pÄ huset och slÀppa av dig downtown eller pÄ stranden (eller nÄgon annanstans i deras serviceomrÄde). Uber finns Àven för lÀngre strÀckor. Det finns fantastiska restauranger, butiker och saker att se och göra downtown Delray Beach.

Detta Àr ett stort hus för en familj, flera par, eller ett par som kan ha vÀnner eller familj kommer att bo med dem.

We were so very pleased with our accommodations!! The home was clean, well stocked and in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were so cozy and beautifully decorated. The best part was, of course, the backyard/pool which we took full advantage of. Erin, our gracious host, was responsive whenever I contacted her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our Favorite Delray Beach Retreat – Feels Like Home!

This was our 4th (maybe 5th!) time staying at this amazing home, and we keep coming back because we absolutely love it. The house is incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing—it’s the perfect escape. The backyard is truly a private oasis—lush landscaping, a beautiful pool, and lots of seating options to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. The entire outdoor area feels secluded and serene, and we love how peaceful it is. We can’t recommend this home enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Stay

This three bedroom home was absolutely wonderful for our family of five. It was very clean, cozy and spacious. The backyard with pool was beautiful. We felt we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for getting around the area of Delray Beach. Would highly recommend!

Great holiday stay!

My Mom and I had a fantastic time at the blue wave! The property is exactly as advertised, beautiful and conveniently located to dining and the beach. Came fully stocked with everything you need to have a great trip to florida - beach supplies, bicycles, etc!! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful, comfortable home to stay in.

The house is furnished for comfort as well as style. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was great for us because we cooked at the house much more than going out. Everything is maintained really well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Family Vacation

This is the second year that our family has rented Erin’s property. Our family enjoyed 2 weeks of great weather, great accommodations and access to the beach. Wonderful Vacation

Very comfortable home with everything one would need for a vacation. Pool area was lovely and we spent many enjoyable hours watching our grandchildren play. Beach and Atlantic Ave. are a short distance away. We had a slight issue with the AC and Erin, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you, Erin for a very enjoyable 10 days!

Great spot

This is the best Vrbo property that I have rented to date. The house is beautiful and very clean. Just show up, unpack your clothes and start having fun. Plenty of seating around the pool, the shed has so many extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, and bikes. The bed were very comfortable. The property is close to the downtown, Publics, beach, and other activities. Erin (property owner) was easy to contact, Great place for a family vacation!

We moved to Delray Beach in 2002 from Alberta, Canada. We lived in the house year round until 2014 when we decided to spend part of the year in Denver, Co. We love the beach!! We would ride our bikes to the beach on the weekends and spend the day playing in the sand, swimming and hunting for shells. We also love to go downtown for the great shops and restaurants, or just to walk around.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This was our first home and it was love at first site. Over the past 12 years we have lovingly cared for, built on to, and updated the property. We have loads of wonderful memories that were made in this house. We got married, had our child, and raised our pets here. We hosted our rather large family and lots of friends for summer fun, Thanksgiving, Christmas festivities and other visits. We simply love this house! We built an addition on the back side in 2005, put in the pool, landscaped the yard and have remodeled most of the house. Now we would like to share it with others.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When we first saw the house the inviting front porch seemed to be calling to us. We walked into the back yard and could picture palm trees with a big blue pool. We could imagine the possibilities inside the house and knew we just had to have it! We hope all of our guests will feel as much at home as we have.
