Horrific

We are considering legal action after the traumatic experience of booking this home and the events that followed. The cleaners forgot to clean from last people then we were told it would take three hours 7 hours later they called and said the pool pump broke three days ago so no spa or warm pool and there is a planned water outage so you have no water

Fabulous Fun Spacious Retreat with a Relaxing Resort Feel.

Nestled in a divine rainforest and super private. A beautiful Sanctuary home perfect for friends or families. The stunning entertaining area outside is a truly peaceful and private place to relax and unwind, drenched in sun, amongst palms and birdsong. A stunning clean heated pool, fabulous spa and brand new sauna makes this home a haven. Or if you rather, turn up the tunes, dance under the stars whilst holidaying with friends, this is very cool. Clean BBQ, drinks fridge, outdoor fireplace, super fun pool table and a very well equipped gym. We loved the home cinema, it made for an incredible luxurious stay. Great walking tracks. Easy drive to the beach and fabulous restaurants, the most amazing brand new IGA and organic market place close by for your supplies, all makes for a great place to stay. The best part - 4 bathrooms, every couple has their own, wow!!! Clean, comfortable and very considerate hosts. Everything to love. Thank you Lydia.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and we loved spending time there. The cinema was amazing and the technology was easy to use. When we were looking for properties for our winter escape, we specifically searched for places that had a fireplace and spa so it was a little disappointing that the fireplace could not be used and the spa heat pump was broken. It would have been good to know that before booking.

What a awsome place so many different areas to keep everyone entertained, media room was a real treat for us, even the gym was used very peaceful backdrop amongst the rainforest

Great property for a group

Have stayed here 3 times. The private location is excellent and the property is as described. We use all the facilities pool room, theatre, gym and spent many hours in the pool. This property is perfect for a group of 4 couples, everyone has their own space. Love this property for a getaway with friends. Lydia and Alex responded very quickly to questions we had and we would recommend this property

An incredible holiday that recharged the soul.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It’s an incredible space that caters for everyone. Our teenager and young adult kids were all kept entertained and had a a wonderful time together. Everyone also enjoyed the escape zones of their luxurious bedrooms with ensuites. We left feeling so relaxed and energised - having enjoyed some wonderful bonding moments as a family and with lots of beautiful memories. Lydia was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to the stay. We look forward to returning again one day soon.

Honeymoon heaven

We had the most incredible stay for our honeymoon. 7 nights of bliss! We eloped so we had a couple of dinner parties to celebrate and it was the perfect house to entertain! Also the perfect house to relax! King size comfy bed, cinema, perfectly heated swimming pool, tranquil private rainforest hugging the property, and gorgeous layout! BLISS! Cannot wait to go back! Luxurious Property

Awesome host catered for all our needs as we had our wedding hosted here for a 2day ceremony. The cleaners and maintenance guys were really helpful in cleaning the place up for the wedding. Secluded location and Luxurious property for a big family. Very happy with how our photos turned out with the rainforest background and overall an awesome stay. Highly recommended place to stay for holiday/family time away.

Lovely house in secluded and private location

Highly recommend a stay in this property. The area is off the beaten track and quite secluded. You really need to find the house manual and read it carefully for operation of how things work. Spa and pool could be heated to a higher temperature as it was still too cold to hop in. Great games room and gym suitable for teenagers and adults. Theatre room was excellent and well used and all smart TVs have access to many streaming platforms. The downside is beds were creaky and pillows not very comfortable but overall we spent quality time with the family in a lovely environment.
