#3560 Hummingbird Mountain Hideaway is located just minutes away from downtown Estes Park. This place has it all! You have your choice of restaurants, shopping, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, local pubs, and more. Not to mention the view! Each morning, you can enjoy that first cup of coffee while sitting outside, taking in the wonderful mountain views from anywhere on the patio balcony decks.
Panoramic views abound from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo which is located just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Parks Fall River entrance. You can even enjoy views of the national park just outside your back door as well as Estes Lake from the loft. Wildlife such as elk, bears, coyotes, and even mountain lions are known to frequent here, so be on the lookout for that perfect photo opportunity. And of course, all the Hummers will be nearby to greet you in the morning and afternoon while they sip on the sweet nectar in the feeders. Hummingbird Hideaway is their happy place.
This home provides everything you need to enjoy mountain living in beautiful Estes Park. A well-appointed and stocked kitchen and outdoor grill is available for all your meals with family and friends. And, for those indoor days, there are plenty of options for watching movies, your favorite sporting event, or streaming live TV. If you are looking for something more entertaining, head downstairs to the game room and enjoy video games with your very own Wii game box and board games. You will not want to leave this hideaway once you're settled in. The mountains are calling, so book now and we will welcome you back year after year!

TV/CABLE/INTERNET; This home has high speed internet. TDS is the provider. We have 3 Roku TV's and two Amazon Fire stick TV's. We have many viewing options with each TV. We will provide some information by each remote for each TV. Wifi is Goblue or Goblue5G. Unfortunately 5G can be unreliable in Estes, but all TV's will work on Goblue also. So if you are trying to watch and it says no connection, you may need to switch between Goblue5G and Goblue. Follow the instructions on the TV. Password is cabin605.

MOVIES AND GAME ROOM: The basement has a Wii set up and there are many board games in the cabinet. There are two DVD players in the condo. One is in the loft and one is in the master bedroom. Feel free to move them from room to room. DVD's are all in the loft tall cabinet. There are many to choose from. We have placed all G, PG, and PG13 movies in this cabinet. R rated movies available in the master bedroom.

GAS GRILL: No propane tank needed. It is connected to the Natural Gas.

COOKING APPLIANCES; Feel free to use any of our cooking appliances. They are available in the Washer/Dryer Closet or in the kitchen.

SPICES/CONDIMENTS/FOOD: Feel free to use any spices, oils, condiments, and food in the cabinets or in the refrigerator or freezer.

A/C/THERMOSTAT: Very few homes in Estes have air conditioning. Fans are available in each sleeping room. During cold weather, please set the thermostat to 65 degrees when you leave. Thank you!

DOORS; We find it very enjoyable to have all doors and windows open when we are home. Due to wind, the doors will slam shut, so please use the door stops to keep doors held open. Pillows and shoes also make great door stoppers!

PLANTS; No need to water plants or attend to them. We will take care of them.

HUMMINGBIRDS: Feeders were cleaned and filled prior to your arrival. If they run out, FRESHLY made water is in the refrigerator and clean feeders are in the kitchen. Please feel free to switch them out. Empty feeders can be set on the deck and will be cleaned after your stay. ONLY place feeders on the upper decks please. On lower decks they will attract Bears. More information on hummingbirds located by the feeders in the kitchen.

BEARS: There is a bear that loves to frequently visit the condos. Unlocked cars are typically targeted, but this Bear will also come onto the deck and try to get into the house. Please LOCK car doors and house doors when you leave . Also, do not leave food or drinks on the deck or in your vehicle.

NO PETS: No pets are allowed in this home. $1000.00 fine will be assessed for additional cleaning and non compliance. (Pets do live in this home and we would love to allow you to bring your dog, but HOA rules do not allow).

NO SMOKING: No cigarette or marijuana smoking is allowed in the house or on the decks. If smoking is detected, $1000.00 fine will be assessed for noncompliance.

TRASH/RECYCLING: Please place all trash in bags provided which are under the kitchen sink. Do not overfill bags please. Place all trash bags in the cans provided in the garage. We do recycle so if you wish to recycle please place recyclables in a separate bag and leave those bags NEXT to the trash cans in the garage.

BONUS FEATURES: Panoramic views of the Rockies. You can see lake Estes from the Loft bedroom and watch the 4th of July Fireworks right out the windows. We are minutes from the entrance to RMNP. Not to mention it is just out of our back door! We have seen Bears, Bobcats, Foxes, Coyotes, Elk and Deer off of each deck. Enjoy all of the wildflowers that we have planted each year before the last snow storm. And of course enjoy the hummingbirds that we have been feeding for 15 years and nest in the large Ponderosa tree off the front deck. Please enjoy our home as much as we do.

Please do not allow children to climb on the rock wall out back. The rocks are VERY loose and unstable and children could get hurt.

Mountain Lions are definitely close by. Rarely seen but they are in the area, so keep small children close and do NOT leave them outside alone. The lions have been caught on many game cameras from several neighbors.

NOTE: This is our permanent home and while you are staying here we are out camping and exploring more of beautiful Colorado!
