We found the home warm, inviting and beautifully decorated. The deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and seeing deer and wild turkey, and relaxing in the evening.

Amazing stay in Estes Park! Location was excellent; the home was clean and had all the necessary amenities; and owner was communicative and clear. Would definitely stay here again for a retreat-like, cozy experience!

Listing said entire house but was informed it was a duplex after booking. It was a beautiful house regardless. Area was great. Had everything needed. Great time was had by all.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the property made everything so convenient. The kids kid run around and play and not be in everyone’s way which was so nice.

A good base for our visit to RMNP. Plenty of room and a great deck. House was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, but appliances were very dated. Our biggest disappointment was the primary bedroom. It had horrible lighting. The sheets on the king bed were a mess — elastic on bottom sheet was so stretched out it couldn’t stay on the mattress. The top sheet was a queen that had been patched/mended (who does that anymore?) and it barely fit side to side across the top of the mattress (nothing hung over the edge). And one pillow cover had an old blood stain on it. These sheets should have been thrown out years ago.

My family of 7 decided to spend Christmas in this house and it was perfect. Warm, cozy, and decorated for the holidays even! The house had everything we needed to cook our traditional Christmas dinner and enjoy each other with plenty of space. Our favorite part of the house was all the wildlife we could enjoy from the deck each morning and evening. Great location with easy access to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely recommend this property!

A beautiful find.

We couldnt have asked for anything nicer. This place was beauitiful as well as comfortable. We spent many nights out on that deck. Had such a wonderful time there we didmt want to come home.

Did not realize this was a duplex. However, could not tell anyone was beneath us the 8 days we were there. Very spacious! Great deck. Tons of deer and elk walking through the back yard. Amazing views of longs peak. Super close to down town.

The house was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We were unaware that we did not have access to the whole house and the downstairs was occupied by I assume the property owners. The house was very quite and unless we had seen the other parties, we would not of know the downstairs was occupied. The wildlife around the area was amazing to see. We had a great time at the property and the house was everything we needed. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family.

Older home but very well kept. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space when we’re in the house. Only drawback that wasn’t readily communicated or described was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm the week we were in Estes Park.

This was a lovely home with lots of space to spread out and enjoying making and eating meals together. Plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. We loved that it was in a quiet wooded neighborhood but still had easy access to town and RMNP. We had a view of Long's Peak from the amazing deck. We spent a lot of time out there as it was covered so shielded from the sun and rain. I guess I did not read the fine print close enough as I did not realize there was no accessible washer and dryer on site so that was an inconvenience. This must be a new thing as I had other family members at a different home discover this too, but do VRBO's no longer come stocked with toilet paper and paper towels? We had to provide our own...
