The Cocoonr Agency offers you this very pleasant flat for rent, ideally located in MĂ©rignac, 15 minutes from Bordeaux city centre and 15 minutes from the ring road. Located on the first floor (with lift) of a quiet, recently-built residence, decorated with taste and attention to detail, L'Arboresens is perfect for discovering our city, whether for business or pleasure. At the foot of Parc Bourran and just a few minutes from the shops, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 2 travellers.
Arboresens has the following layout:
- A beautiful living room with a comfortable lounge area, a comfortable sofa and coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a convivial dining table for your meals.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- A lovely, quiet double bedroom (140x190)
- A lovely terrace with table and chairs
- Attractive bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, and your bed is made up on arrival.
Of course, Wi-Fi is available free of charge!
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in MĂ©rignac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Tram: Line A - Alfred de Vigny 6 minutes' walk away
- Nearest airport: MĂ©rignac, 15 minutes by car
