Here is a large house by the sea that can accommodate 12 people. Here, you can enjoy the ocean throughout the day. Upon waking up, go to the living room or dining room to savour a good cup of coffee while admiring the horizon. Then, you just need to cross the street to swim at the beach or simply enjoy long walks on the sand. Its garden and balcony will also allow you to enjoy the sea air on beautiful days. You will love gathering there for sunbathing or enjoying good grilled dishes.
The house has two fully fitted floors. It is equipped with a kitchen - a dining room and a living room on each of these levels. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a large dining table, overlooking a cosy living room, ideal for a moment of calm. On this same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath-shower. This space offers a complete and peaceful place, ideal for a couple.
Upstairs, you will discover a second fully equipped kitchen (independent induction kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster and kettle). You can prepare your specialities there. You can enjoy your meals in the living-dining room while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. This living space opens onto the balcony, a suspended space offering a privileged view. On this same floor, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed also benefiting from a sea view, as well as a washroom and toilets.
Finally, on the top floor, you will discover the last two bedrooms. The first will be ideal for children with two bunk beds and a single bed, while the last one has a double bed and a single bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with shower for maximum comfort, as well as a workspace for those who wish to telework.
To complete the rental, you have two parking spaces outside in the garden.
