House capable of accommodating up to 4 people.
Located very close to the small village of La PironniĂšre, this house offers all the necessary comfort just a stone's throw from the Puits d'Enfer and shops!
House composed of a living room opening onto the front terrace, equipped with a sofa with table, a dining table and 4 chairs and a TV.
The open and functional kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
On the sleeping side, a bedroom with a 140 bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. A second bedroom with two 90 beds, bedside tables and wardrobe, ideal for children! Board games available.
An adjoining bathroom with WC, shower cabin, washbasin unit and towel dryer.
At the back of the house, an enclosed garden and its terrace will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings; garden furniture, parasol and barbecue!
Free parking in the street in front of the house.
